I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I'm not expecting perfect service every time. However, basic communication, attentiveness, and respect go a long way especially when someone is simply trying to pick up an order. I'm leaving this review because the pickup process needs improvement. Management should make sure employees are communicating with customers and following through after asking them for their order information. A little better customer service would make a big difference.

They don't sell any alcohol but I can forgive that. It can feel a little off when you walk in (usually no one greets you and it's quiet like a library) but it's not a big deal. On my last visit, the entry door was propped open so it was pretty hot and humid inside. Of course, this didn't stop the pizza from being the best. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit to Brooklyn Boys pizza. I wonder how many pies I can fit in the car next time.

This place has amazing subs ! I have been there a handful of times and the food has always been very satisfying. Only complaint is the staff... Every time I have been there 2-3 of their team members just seem completely miserable. One actually was leaning on the register with their eyes closed and just seemed as if she hated her job. I said thank u to the girl making my sub about 4 times and each time she just had a stank face and never said anything back. Don't really care for their service but if your picking up and going it really is worth a try. read more
