I googled air conditioning panels and their company was mentioned. I had them make up a panel for my hose. They provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions on what I needed to tell them to make this panel. I was informed it would take 7 to 9 days. They had a big backlog of 40 panels to make before my order. Sure enough on my 9th day I got a call from them. It works well and I'm happy with the work they did. I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews on Yelp or else I would have missed out on getting this made.

i had a decent experience with the DIY sandblast and also when I had them burn off some powder…read morecoat. My experience with having them powder coat was the exact opposite. They didn't completely coat the parts, didn't plug some of the threaded holes, didn't tape off specific bearing seats and didn't even bother to wrap them up safely. They also sandblasted off all the metal based filler thinking it was grey paint. All of this I had gone over in detail with them and was assured they would use the mildest abrasive to clean the parts before coating. they also misplaced some of the parts so the order wasn't even completely done. So now half the parts are such a mess they need to be stripped and redone or bonded and painted and I'm going to have to clean out the holes and threads on the other half. Though they gave me a partial refund, it is not going to cover the cost of having them done elsewhere nor cover my time to refill all the imperfections and fix their other mistakes.
