This is the best laundry service experience ever. The receptionist was really helpful. She was very straightforward and made everything so easy. I didn't have Canadian cash and was unable to get cash from all those ATM machine. Fortunately they also accept U.S dollars and made the process so easy. Price was reasonable. This is my first time EVER using a public laundromat. It's quite the experience. The gentleman that works here is very friendly. He could clearly tell I've never done laundry here before and he was very helpful. There is free wifi here and they also can make change if you should need it. There are many washers but I found most of them where full and the wash was done. I'm not quite sure if that's just people who forgot about the laundry or it's part of a laundry service (which they do offer). The laundry service is based on weight which will be weighted after the clothes are washed and dried. This service can usually be done the same day if you bring your clothes in early enough. Anyhow, I found the washers to be very small. The do offer larger washers but only a few. One load in the large washers is $7 and takes about 45 minutes. I think they also offer laundry detergent for a price. A small load is $3. I guess I would say that this is your typical laundry mat but it's my first time using one. I generally do not like doing laundry when the laundry room is in my building, this whole set up I dislike even more. It's just a lot of sitting around and waiting. I suppose you can use the waiting time to meditate. They're open from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday everyday except holidays. read more

It's been a very long time since I've needed a laundromat but my washing machine died and until I can buy another this is the place to go! I phoned Launder All to make sure I had everything I would need with me - enough cash for coins for the machines, soap, etc. When I arrived June greeted me. She recognized my voice from the earlier phone call. That was nice. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She showed me the ropes regarding how to use the machines. This is a filthy store that refused me service. Our dryer had broken and we were waiting for a replacement, so we started washing and drying our clothes there. The lady was friendly but the place is absolutely filthy. One day, I decided to save some time and money and washed my clothes beforehand and then came into dry them. The lady said I couldn't do this because it would make their machines dirty. I explained that the clothes were washed but she still refused. Do not support this filthy store. read more

As a laundry mat this business does not reflect a place to go to clean your clothes. The units are dirty on top and outside, the soap dispenser lids seem to never have been cleaned. While removing laundry to place in a dryer you would not want to drop anything on the floors which were filthy. The walls and ceilings are covered in heavy layers of dust and in general a very unkept place with a lack of order. The people working there were very nice and seemed to be hard workers but because of how grungy the place is I cannot return. read more

Appliance repairman recommended that I not launder queen size bed linens and duvet cover in my condo's in-suite stacking washer & dryer as the load is too heavy even when washed separately. He instead suggested going to a laundromat with a large commercial washer & dryer. Ended up trying Launder All after reading some recent positive reviews. Arrived on a Tuesday around 12:45pm and unfortunately the 3 free parking spots behind the laundromat in the back alley were occupied. Free 2 hour street parking on 11th Ave were all full so ended up parking in another nearby back alley that had Pay by Phone parking spots. These are located behind the buddhist temple/ Salvation Army donation drop off. Cost $4.67 for 90 minutes of parking. Upon entering Launder All, I was greeted by a friendly younger Asian woman. She saw that I had bed linens so directed me to their large washer which can handle the large heavy load at $7 (insert 7x$1 coins) for 30 minutes wash. She also provided verbal instructions on how to properly close the washer's door, select water temperature, and which of the 3 slots on top of the washer to pour in detergent. Decided to go next door to have lunch at Lucy's Eastside Diner while waiting for my bed linens to be washed. Then went back to Launder All to move the wet bed linens into a dryer. The young woman who works there suggested splitting up the load of wet bed linens into 2 dryers rather than dumping them all into 1 dryer. More efficient and effective drying. Per dryer cost is $2 (insert 8 quarters) for 30 minutes of drying. If you don't have enough loonies and quarters, they have a bill-to-coin exchange machine. Launder All appears to have many regulars even mid-day on a working day. Most patrons did their own laundry while others were dropping them off for full wash, dry & fold service. Overall a positive experience. read more

I came here twice for the drop off service where they do the laundry and drying for us and pick up the next day, and the first time I had two issues. The pricing is not clear nor transparent. I got charged more than I should. Make sure you ask for the break down of the pricing to not get ripped off. My clothes were shrunk after wash and dry here by their drop off service. So, I'd never used a laundry service before, but when our washing machine died (and I was about to pull my hair out coordinating laundry runs to my parent's house an hour away) I had a chance to try it. I came on by before work, gave my enormous bag of laundry to the nice guy at the front, and he told me to come back after 3pm to pick it up. Came back after work, and lo and behold, all 4 loads of my laundry cleaned and perfectly folded, back in my laundry bag (and it only set me back $30). I know this is pretty basic stuff, but when you've been washing your socks in the bathtub for two weeks, an experience like this is life changing. Their service was amazing and they always asked for my preferences and accomodated them as well as asked for feedback to make their service better every time. Clothes, towels, bed linens and all were folded and not wrinkly. My washing machine was finally fixed so I can do laundry at home again but I will definitely go back to them when I need to! My dog had an accident on my bed, on a very hot day, where using my in suite laundry was not an option :) I dropped everything off, and from the start this was a great experience. The person I dealt with was so lovely, and even picked up items I had dropped inadvertently on my way in. I picked my bedding up that afternoon and they did an amazing job. It would be incorrect to say I recently "found" this place. I've been aware of it for awhile, but being both stubborn and lazy, have stayed pretty loyal to my coin laundry up on Main & 24th. However, last week, at 7pm with a work trip pending in the morning and no clean clothes in sight, I Yelped my little disheveled heart out to find a laundry place open late. Low and beyond - All Coin popped up. I have officially flipped loyalties. Perhaps the biggest stand off about this place was the fact i'd have to drive my laundry there. I was happy to find they have parking in the back and at 7pm, that parking is wide open. They are open until 8pm most nights which is a plus for us night owls. But perhaps the greatest find? Really reasonable dry cleaning. I feel like most of the places i've found are either reasonably priced but take forever, or speedy as heck but cost a bundle. This seems to be a happy medium - the dry cleaning is fairly priced and they will turn it around within a few days. A load of laundry here will cost you $1.75 to wash and about the same for a dry, which is a little higher then my spot up the street but their drop off rates are fair and they handle delicates well. I always hate dropping off hang dry items but I'd trust that stuff in these hands. Happy find indeed. read more

I've used a lot of different laundromats around Vancouver in the last 6 years and this is my favourite. I am willing to drive all over if the laundromat is clean, friendly and has what I want. I pick and choose my favourites, not just based on location and I will continue to arrange my schedule to fit theirs, they're that good. The new owners are kind and amazingly friendly. They care about their business and customers and it shows with the improvements they've made to this location. It's clean, bright and they ensure machines are working properly. There are several single machines, rows of double loaders and a few triple+ washers for comforters and blankets. Both side walls are lined with dryers so it is rare that you need to wait before getting your clothing dry. They also continue to have extractors which help you to keep your jeans and athletic gear in better shape with less heat/drying exposure. Convenient coin machine on site as well. I've been going to this laundromat for well over a year now and don't see that changing anytime soon! read more

I wrote another review on another laundromat which is closer to where I live but I don't go there because I felt that the people who ran the place were not honest with how they were charging me for drop off service. So I did some research and found Launder All. I have to say I am very pleased with this place. The woman who runs the place is super helpful and efficient. I did drop off service at first and they were honest with how they charged me. $1/lb. The place and the machines are clean. There's always parking either in the back or on the street out front or free parking around the corner on 11th Ave. They have a noon drop off deadline if you want to pick up on the same day. I was running behind one day and called them. They told me to get my laundry in and they'd try to get it done which they did. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because the man who runs the place is not very nice to his staff. He was border line abusive to this woman who was cleaning the floor. He was shaming her for how she was moping the floor. All I saw was there she was trying to do a thorough job but he was mocking her and shaming her for how slow she was. Why a human being isn't giving another human being dignity is beyond me... If you're only looking to find a clean place to do your laundry with good customer service and can ignore their interaction, this is a very good laundromat. read more

Van has a lot of dry cleaners, but few laundromats Well, we hiked to this spot from the Excange Hotel and I say it's worth the hike. For an amazingly reasonable rate, from dropping off to gavibgbtgem delivered we had our laundry washed. AMAZING SERVICE and PRICES. We LOVE Launder All! Sunny takes care of our clothes once a week now. We have a "Schedule" to use the machines in our building.. and since there are two of us, there is twice as much laundry to do- and we're both working. Our $20 load is a real life saver. It may seem strange to give 5 stars because I had a terrible experience with the dry cleaner that works through Launder All. My NEW & beautiful silk/viscose/elastane blouse, worn once, had a small water stain and came back without the stain but with elastane fibers pulled out ALL OVER - basically ruined!!! The laundry owner went back to the dry cleaner with my complaint but they refused to take any responsibility. You can imagine my frustration! Launder All's owner then offered to not only refund the cost of dry-cleaning but also gave me partial compensation for my no-longer-wearable blouse - though I don't hold them at fault. And they apologized... which the dry cleaner never did either. Such honorable behavior in business deserves 5 stars! Thank you Don & family. So, DO use Launder All for your regular clothes cleaning. All the other reviews for THEM are great. But definitely go elswewhere for dry cleaning. Avoid Prince Cleaners - that's the real culprit. read more
