Yay free!!! -Parking in front is not allowed from 3-6pm -They have a change machine -They have an ATM -They have liquid laundry detergent, bleach, and fabric softener for sale AND a chart for how much you'll need depending on load -They have a washroom!!! -These commercial machines are SUPER fast! Like 20 minutes?!?!? -Mega loaders do not have hot water -Lounge area -Free wifi *The staff are SUPER friendly & even helped me fold my duvet **Free soap Wednesdays!!! ***CLEAN & Friendly staff! This is gonna be my go to place for large loads & bedding. My only negative is that the Double Loader looks really small. read more

I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a laundry place nearby that would help me clean my dog bed, but after being turned down at a nearby laundromat, I decided to give this place a try. It's a nice, clean laundromat, the machines look pretty new and appear to be in good working condition. The place was pretty busy on the Saturday that I went. Looks like you have the option of doing it yourself, or there is also a drop off service. They also do dry cleaning. Fast, friendly service. I dropped the dog bed off at about 2pm, and it was ready for pick up by 5pm in the cleanest, freshest condition I have seen it in years. Highly recommend this place. Free wifi. Free parking out front, and there are a few spots in the back as well. Student discount available with valid student ID with drop off services. Remember to bring your own laundry detergent/stain remover. They really charge an arm and a leg for it! read more

I have laundry at home but I was l looking for a place to wash my big blankets. I really like this place, the lady working here was SUPER nice and friendly and she helped me with everything!! To me, someone friendly and helpful will make me wanna come back. The blankets in the wash only took 18 minutes each since they have energy and water saving machines. As I waited I was able to sit down and watch TV and even has free WIFI! :) Will definitely come back next time I have heavy loads to wash. Highly recommended! read more

This was the closest laundry mat to me. My dryer smells like burnt fire crackers, therefore, my bestie and I painfully came here with all the clothes that were affected by the smell and washed not once but a few times...Good times!!!! *insert sarcasm*. The good news is that nobody wanted to do laundry when we did so we were able to do as much as we could with what we could given the circumstances. The dryer was a bit slow, however, was more concerned with the actual washing to get the smell out more than anything. Prices are as you would expect for coin laundry. read more

5 Stars to the asian ladies! I forget their names but they definitely bring in the "family/friendly" vibe. They take the time to get to know you. This is the only laundry place I enjoy going to and will only go to. I already have laundry at my suite but when I have big loads I come by here. This place is the best. Friendliest staff ever! They are always offering to help. 5 Stars for them! However, if I was giving out stars for each employee I would give 1 star to the Spanish/Mexican lady that works here. I think she might be new as I haven't seen her before. Today was my first time seeing her. She did not greet people when coming in she was just talking so loud in her language on the phone. I came by to get change and she just kept yapping on the phone to whoever. That kind of stuff shouldn't be done at work, leave that at home. I'm still going to give them 5 stars though because I've been a loyal customer and my experience overall with the rest of the employers are beyond satisfaction! That lady might need to get some customer service training though. I mean if there isn't anything to do at work, find something! This place is close to my place so I decided to use it. First time they did a good job although expensive. Cost me 15 dollars for 10 pounds. The second time I went, July 10th, they closed 10 minutes early, I parked in back and walked around to the front, they were still inside but refused my drop off service, I showed them the time on my phone even, 8:25. So beware they like to close before posted time. I will use Fraser st laundry now, only 90 cents a pound 10 pounds minimum.. read more

Normally a great place. Clean store, friendly staff. But didn't open today at their posted hours. Laundromats are places where people do a chore on their spare time. People plan their days around these kinds of things and if you slack off it's extremely disruptive. Three other customers came and went and I waited over half an hour. Had to leave to find another laundromat and I'll be going there from now on. Who cares how clean and organized the place is if it can't be counted on to be open? read more

Warning- If you ever use their washing machines make sure you double check the setting! Once you turn it on there is no going back, changing the temperature, time setting or stopping machine and must wait till it completes the entire cycle! I asked for help because I haven't used a Laundromat for ages but the lady working there omitted to tell me that once you press start the washing machine cannot be stopped or the door opened till it's done. Be aware!!! Don't waste your time, money and ruin your clothes like I did. read more

Enjoyed the experience of dropping off laundry at Get Fresh to have it done last Sunday... until I got home and found multiple articles of clothing, towels and sheets burned, melted and scorched. They were friendly and refunded a part of the money, but someone still folded charred clothing - pants falling apart and disintegrating, into a bag to be returned to me, and didn't accept responsibility. I understand mistakes happen but when you return items to me completely ruined to me I don't want to support your business. And I won't. read more

THIS PLACE IS EXPENSIVE. Although the hours are convenient, open till 930pm, both wash & dry is VERY EXPENSIVE. There are 6 machines at $3.25 per load and 6 at $3.50 per load. There are 5 heavy load machines at $6.00 each. There are 12 dryers. For 25 cents, most places give you 5-6 minutes dry time. Here you get 3 MINUTES of DRYER for 25 cents. RIP OFF. As for the people who claim to be getting a massage: it's a Lazy Boy chair, and it's $2.00 to start. The vending machine is the only normal pricing, @ $1.00 for chocolate bar, snacks. I live in Burnaby and came here once because it was open later. Would never come again. I pay $1.75 a load or $2.25 for double loader. I also know this review will likely not even get posted but if you are being fair and want to give customers appropriate feedback, they should know this place is EXPENSIVE. read more

This place is awesome! The lovely lady who's working today is incredibly helpful and kind. I really like that there's a computer and a coffee machine. These folks really know how to run a laundromat!
