Mr Rooter was recommended to do our sewer pipes as tree roots were growing into the pipes causing back ups in my cellar. it required them to dig up the lawn which they did and they worked on it during the winter and were done in just a day or two which for obvious reasons was very helpful. my cellar had been a mess. they totally fixed the really bad problem with the backup onto the floor. I dealt with John Wayne for the pricing of the repair, and Josh, Scott and Dakota for the repair. John Wayne a very fair and honest guy who kept the quote as is, even though we hired them to fix the pipes months and months later. because of the digging during the winter, they had left 3 large mounds of dirt, which were unsightly, but necessary as the ground was all rock hard with snow and they would remove when the weather was better in the spring. months later now in April, Josh and Scott from Mr Rooter came back and did an absolutely excellent job fixing my lawn removing all the hard dirt and tilled so I can now get grass back in the spots. Mr Rooter from John Wayne to Scott and Josh and Dakota, to the office workers are all fantastic and very good at keeping the customer updated every step of the way. I totally recommend Mr Rooter! We have had problems over the years with the copper waste lines in our home. Last week I found a pin hole in the soil stack. I called Mr. Rooter and John Wayne was out within a day to assess the problem. We had two options, replace the stack from the cast iron hub to a point in the plumbing that was solid, or replace the entire system from the cast iron hub to the vent lines. John advised us to replace as much as possible. Since we had problems in the past, we opted to replace the system. Some of the pipes that were removed could be crushed in my hand. We would have chased these problems for years had we not chosen to replace all the copper DWV plumbing. The work was all done in one day. I was really impressed how hard these people worked and how friendly and professional they are. We would like to thank everyone for a job well done. The county inspector even made a comment on how nice a job they did. Great Job! S & S E. Memphis read more

I have an old house, and had several plumbing problems happen all at once. The office staff was very courteous and got me in touch with their technician. Although they were already booked, they were able to fit me in on the same day since I had an emergency. They were extremely polite and competent, showed me their price book and provided a very fair price. They provided several choices - from the best long-term solution to those more economical. A discounted rate was provided for additional things I needed done - I will certainly be calling them for whatever plumbing needs come up for me. read more

I pastor a church and we had a plumbing issue. We went with another service and they fixed it, but their part broke even with a 5 year warranty. That was six months ago. Then I had an issue with my house called this place and they came out same day at the exact appointment time. Then they came to my church and fixed the other person's mistakes. Thanks. What I liked most was that they were quick, prompt, right on time, courteous representatives, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain things well. Ask for Tim to come out, he will do a great job! read more

Today Nick Buck from Mr Rooter came to my home in Liverpool to do repairs in my bathroom and kitchen. He was professional, efficient, and personable. I noticed his careful attention to detail, his strong work ethic, and his pride in his work. I was so impressed with him that I will be recommending him to family and friends as well, which is something that I am normally reluctant to do. I think you are very fortunate to have such a fine young man in your employ. Sincerely, Linda Newell 12 Mango Lane Liverpool, New York 13090 (315)436-0135 read more

I had a particular problem with my main sewer line (blockage) and Mr. Rooter sent Duncan and Mike from the Syr. store. They used the line camera to locate the problem while I watched (neat). In order to progess, the sewer jet was placed in service to unblock the line. The jet opened the pipe and I was back in service. Both Duncan and Mike were patient in explaning the procedure and took the time to correct the problem. They were both professional in the work and as far as I'm concerned, my money was well spent. Thanks, Mr. Rooter. read more

These guys were prompt - courteous - and fixed a LONG standing problem we have had ! They did not seem to charge excessively, of course I don't usually pay for a plumber but I understand it is usually quite expensive. Recommendations they made for future work were explained quite well, as was the situation at hand we were having. I would highly recommend them! I told them I would call them again to fix a drain problem we are having - and that is what I'm getting ready to do right now! :) read more

We were in urgent need of a plumber last weekend and after about 20 unreturned phone calls, I found Mr. Rooter online. They were the only ones that called me back and were here exactly when they said they would. Mike came in and was able to fix a problem that I had thought may be unfixable. The service was incredible and the price was even better. I will only use Mr. Rooter in the future and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!! read more

Quality service, very friendly and professional, as well as affordable. The service manager, Nicholas St Croix, was a pleasure to work with. Tim Jones was the tech assigned to our job and he was very punctual and knowledgeable. My husband and I feel that they went above and beyond to address the issue and any questions we had as well as prepared us for future expenses we may incur. I will recommend to family/friends! read more

Mr Rooter came right over on a Saturday. In fact there were even 2 trucks for a while. Ricky Martino was the plumber who snaked the pipe, jetted the line and ran the camera for over 140 feet! It showed all 3 houses connected on the one line was clear all the way to the street. We are very impressed with Mr. Rooter's service and will continue to use them in the future! read more

I was very satisfied with the job that Matt and John did. It was one of the hottest days and neither complained about the work they had to do (pumping my septic). Matt and John were very professional and upbeat the entire time. They both answered any questions I had and were very polite. I would definitely recommend these gentlemen. read more

I called Mr. Rooter for a squeaky bathtub/ shower faucet. They were very friendly, kind, informative and did a great job! We had to wait a few hours because the serviceman was at another job, but I was consistently informed of the status through the whole process. Exceptional work! read more

John Wayne and his crew did a great job. They were informed, polite, neat and efficient. The use of Pipe Bursting to replace a main sewer drain saved us from a 100 foot trench, part of which would have been under our porch. Watching the Pipe Bursting was pretty neat too! read more

The two service technicians, Zach and Brian, did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional. They spent a little time evaluating the problem, then got right to work, and left nothing behind that would indicate that our septic tank had to be cleaned out. read more
