The technician, Mike, was outstanding as he recommended that I sit down with him to watch the inspection of the fireplace and explained in detail the images as they crossed the screen. Mike also inspected the chimney on the roof and the vent for the oil-based furnace in the basement. Mike provided me a complete report with pictures, and he went over his recommendations.
