We booked it and from beginning to end, it was smooth sailing with them. They consistently told me what was going on, where there technicians were and how much longer the work would be, each day. We had several different crews at different stages in the process and each and every one was great! They showed up on time, text to let us know they were coming, set up protective plastic sheets in the house, wore boot covers while in the house and worked hard each day. For all the work that they did, it was well worth every penny! Once complete, the work is fantastic and now we are enjoying our fireplace. Thank you 4 winds chimney!

Execution of the agreed upon scope of work: 3 of 5. Scope of work included the install of "Full Cover Flat Lid Cap." To date, majority of the scope of work is complete with the exception of installing the cap. Satisfied with the workmanship done so far. The cap hasn't been installed & company is still waiting for delivery. 7 Months into this project when the cap dimensions were taken & I have to arrange for a 2nd install date. Company Warranty Policy: 1 of 5. In order for the company to honor any warranty re-work, the customer has to buy into annual inspections. Based on that, I can't give a full throated recommendation to a neighbor to use this company again

The technician, Mike, was outstanding as he recommended that I sit down with him to watch the inspection of the fireplace and explained in detail the images as they crossed the screen. Mike also inspected the chimney on the roof and the vent for the oil-based furnace in the basement. Mike provided me a complete report with pictures, and he went over his recommendations. I am having them come out to perform some repairs that were needed.

Had chimney inspected after purchasing older cottage with massive fireplace. Inspection appeared to…read morebe thorough. It was visual on outside and a video camera was passed up to top of chimney and 360 degree views taken of the entire course. Only problem was a frozen damper. The inspector did not go up on the roof to examine the "H" shaped cap. Three months later, I made my first fire and got completely smoked out. Confirmed that damper was open. I called inspector, explained that it was very windy when the downdraft occurred. After several text exchanges, he blamed the problem on the cap. I asked if he could take another look at the chimney and never heard back. I don't necessarily blame Parker Chimney Sweep for the smoke filled room. I gave them 2 stars because they never followed up with my concerns AND because I had a house full of smoke and a report that said "Clean and safe for use."
