We had rose bushes with pavers and at the end they made sure the pavers went back in place(I honestly wasn't expecting them to do this) and even after I told them to take the rose bush up if they had to they didn't even come close to it. Even tho they had to dig the length of our yard it looks so good. The guy who put the dirt back really did a great job with leveling it out and making it look good. I was shown a place that I agreed to a hole being cut through my brick in the front of my house which was not in anyone's sight line to a PVC pipe just sticking out near my front door. The hvac supervisor was made aware of my issue the day of installation and I was told he would contact me. Guess what.... that has never happened to busy to reach out to a very unsatisfied customer. When I call their customer service everyone seems so helpful but all they do is listen with no action. I would not recommend and am very disappointed, to spend that much money and hate what they did to my house is very upsetting and the company sure doesn't seem to care that they have a unhappy customer!!
