The entire process was pretty easy. The technician was friendly and respectful. I think the price was a little high at $345 to replace a wax ring but the quality and speed of service and ease of scheduling made up for it. Sometimes it's worth it to just get the job done, and to have the feeling that it was done correctly and with integrity. Earlier today I wrote a negative review on another company who looked at our backed up sink and immediately said the price would be $436 (!! for a simple backed up kitchen sink). So I called Mr. Rooter and they sent a technician immediately. The technician, Andy, was quite polite and very competent. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. If he didn't have to disassemble the trap below the sink the price would have been $79. With the disassembly and reassembly the price was a very fair $126. Two days before Thanksgiving, the tub in our bathroom got clogged and the water just wouldn't go down.
