My husband needed a reliable truck and remembered a few years back when he checked out a truck here…read morebut ultimately decided to buy from a private seller. This time around we needed to finance (meaning going to go the dealer route) and my husband headed straight to Arya for their large selection of pick up trucks. Jabbar is the owner of Arya Motors. Upon meeting him yesterday, I was happy he had a truck on his lot that fit the bill because we certainly know how rare it is to find a trustworthy used car salesman and Jabbar is the sort of guy you just want on the other side of a big purchase like this one. His manner is engaging and professional. There was no fast-talk or gimmicks, just a straightforward and down-to-earth family man vibe. At walk around, I noticed some minor scratches on a headlight. Though it was only cosmetic and wouldn't have effected performance, Jabbar didn't dismiss my concern, but instead offered multiple solutions: if he didn't have the part on hand, he could order the replacement component and ship it to our home at no cost, or if he had one and we were willing to wait, he could replace it at the shop, again no cost. Luckily, he had one, and, true to his word, a brand new headlight component was installed for us by the time my husband picked up the truck today. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for a used pick up truck. All around pleasant buying experience.

My experience with Tim was very simple, NO pressure, and super easy to work with. He was extremely accommodating, helpful and understanding. He allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my choice, agreed to make a replacement of an item on the vehicle, and is also very well known and respected in the mechanic field in the local area. I had an issue with the aftermarket alarm/remote start system, that I was not familiar with. I pushed too many buttons and somehow tampered with the programming. Tim came out to my RESIDENCE to try and assist me with fixing it, on his OWN TIME, in the rain! That's customer service folks! I recommend Tim and 3 Star to anyone who wants honesty, respect and great service. It made purchasing a car very simple.

I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk.
