My experience with Tim was very simple, NO pressure, and super easy to work with. He was extremely accommodating, helpful and understanding. He allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my choice, agreed to make a replacement of an item on the vehicle, and is also very well known and respected in the mechanic field in the local area. I had an issue with the aftermarket alarm/remote start system, that I was not familiar with. I pushed too many buttons and somehow tampered with the programming. Tim came out to my RESIDENCE to try and assist me with fixing it, on his OWN TIME, in the rain! That's customer service folks! I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk. He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted.
