I was waiting outside a bay from 3:23-3:50, pulled into a bay at 3:50 and they didn't start any work on my vehicle until 4:01, then they didn't even pump my oil in until 4:10, left it to sit in my vehicle after it was finished pumping for 7 minutes. I was never shown my dipstick either. I was also charged $135 when I can normally get an oil change for $85. Manager Cooper also had me use YouTube to figure out how to change the oil life on my dash. I believe if you work at an establishment like this, let alone manage it, you would know how to reset all features. This is absolutely absurd and I will be sure to NOT recommend this place NOR will I be coming back. Don't waste your entire day here.

It was broken during installation. My car eventually detected the issue. This cost me time off work, arranging repairs, etc. HOWEVER, I received a full refund for the repair and was well taken care of by district manager Ryan Lloyd. I willingly gave the business another chance. Ryan told me new staff had been hired, training is difficult with a lack of overhead. This was during COVID times, so I understood. About a month ago, I returned for my usual oil change. I typically work with the same person, I'm assuming a manger (black shirt, bald, black framed glasses). I asked him about a NEW grinding noise I was hearing. He asked if I knew what kind of engine I have (in my 2018 Chevy Cruze). He told me I have a smaller car, meaning a smaller engine, and that's the sound it makes. I specifically asked for it to be looked at during the oil change. I was reassured multiple times the noise was NORMAL and I was all good. Yesterday, leaving work, I start my car and I'm barely able to turn it. The grinding is so loud and intense and my power steering goes out. This grinding noise was NOT normal, and has caused extensive damage to multiple parts. Total repairs are about $2,100. I regret giving this location another chance. I have received poor work, poor advice, and poor effort now multiple times.
