We are lucky we still have a working car at this point but still received no refund for the damage. It is too bad because we went here for everything for a full year. They didn't fix squat. On top of that they tried to tell me I needed all these other repairs done too. I passed on the extras as some of the stuff they were trying to tell me needed done seemed to be quite overpriced. Some of the parts they claimed were OEM were discontinued and weren't even available (I checked) but they claimed that's what they used I then took my vehicle to two other reputable shops to get another opinion and they said there was nothing wrong and that Dominic's was just trying to rip me off. Oh, and one of the shops ended up fixing the actual problem that Dominic's misdiagnosed and it was a totally different part on the vehicle. What Dominic's did is fraudulent and if this happens to you I urge you to report them to the Michigan Department of State's Bureau of Regulatory Services at 888-767-6424.

I had many mechanic shops turn me down, including the Toyota dealership, because of the work that was needed, and it's lifted. The communication was great and they kept me apprised of everything. From the time they started until when it was finished -- less than 2 days. To actually have my truck fixed...and driveable and safe and back to normal, y'all I am so so so happy.
