They are great at promptly returning calls, as well as diagnosing issues. They don't have a huge lot for parking, but the shop is very well maintained with a decent waiting area and fresh coffee. They did not print me or furnished me the quote and ask me to sign $99 initial inspection on a pad that they store on their pc. They charge me extra $83.50 for adjusting the camber and caster and $83,50 for taken the under carriage panel. Total cost $360.72. BEWARE make sure to get your estimate in paper and not by verbal because when I look at my paper they said on 4/8/26 at 4:15pm they put in$334. I did not agree for $334. I only agree for $99 inspection.

I asked them to perform an alignment on my Mazda this week after I replaced the suspension components myself a couple months ago. In doing so I had screwed up the alignment enough that I thought it would spin out without warning! They were a bit reluctant obviously because I had done the work (and I was reluctant to ask them) but they were able to find and correct the error to make my car drive straight and true again. Once they were able to get around to my car, they did an inspection and found a washer that I'd installed in the wrong place! :-D They were then able to realign the wheels relatively quickly and easily. And the cost was slightly less than other places I'd surveyed. (I was worried they might lose money on this job.) I no longer fear my car will spin out from misalignment. And now I can get new tires without worrying about chewing them up! They gave me the before-and-after numbers, so if the tire place tries to say I need an alignment, I can just wave that at them. :-D Really hope I get to work with Kerner's in the future. The service desk when asked if they disconnected the battery when welded said "no, it's not an issue". Anyone with experience in the past 30 years know that's bad news for digital electronics. I've brought my car here for a few different fixes, including a warranty repair that was finished surprisingly quickly. The longest they've had my car for any repair was about 24 hours, which is impressive. Pricing has also been very fair.
