When I lived the area this was my go to laundromat. My friends and I would wash our clothes late at night being that the place was on the quieter side. The staff here is accommodating and are quite pleasant. The downside about this place is that during their peak hours it is hard to navigate around the place because everyone's cart, child, stroller, and detergent is in the way. read more

The MR Machine customer service is very low and new manager is abusive to customers, gossips about them with employees who seem to all fear him. completely inappropriate behavior and drama.. and homemade signs all telling customers to RESPECT the STAFF but nothing telling STAFF to respect the CUSTOMERS!!! i have used this place with only one negative incident for ten years and taht was jsut being short changed and having to wait a day to get FIFTEEN dollars back from an employee who insisted i gave her a five when i had given her a twenty. after that the employee always acted hostile toward me when i got change again for almost a year, always saying things LIKE DID YOU GET THE RIGHT CHANGE ??? now the new manager is rude, insulting and speaks out of turn almost constantly when hes not chatting with friends on the phone or gossipping about all the clients he doesn't like with his employees, its almost embarrassing to see someone destroy what was once the best laundry mat id ever used. read more

Totally different experience in my last visit. Did laundry again on a Tuesday night same time roughly 8pm, but this time it was crowded unlike last Tuesday. It's totally like night and day with the experiences. I noticed a lot more problems with this store. 1 - They have only 3 folding tables for customers to use and they are inconveniently located by all of the exits. If you enjoy folding clothes and having people hit you on their way in/out then by all means go for it. If you can even get a table for yourself. Not enough folding area for the amount of machines. 2 - Only 2 benches in the front, so not an ideal place to wait for your laundry to finish, because you'll most likely be standing for an hour+. 3 - The people who come here are all rude and inconsiderate. They fight each other for machines and don't bother to move over to let people through. It wasn't 1 bad apple, it was everyone in the laundromat minus 1 Hispanic family that was really nice. 4 - Everyone is saying how nice dropoff is, but as I mentioned previously the prices are just way too high. But That's not the only problem from this. They do all of their dropoff with machines in the back, but they also hog up machines in the front. There were a couple of machines we couldn't use because they were tagged with drop-offs. 5 - Not only are drop-offs taking over the public machines, the staff uses the carts too. The have a line of carts in the back all full of drop offs and they leave nothing for the customers doing their own laundry. I think there were 2 fights over carts while I was doing laundry that night, and we didn't want to bother fighting so we folded our clothes while sitting on the bench while I held the dried pile. Literally the worst experience ever and I'm starting to think it's always like this when it gets crowded so they all develop this hunters attitude. Survival of the fittest. So not only is drop-off expensive, but the people are rude, there are limited machines, carts, and folding tables. Mostly occupied by the staff !! This was hell. read more

Laundry pile was getting full and was about to leave town. Did not want to come home to do laundry, so made a drop off before work in the morning and came back to pick it up at the end of the day. Was still warm and fresh. Good thing they open 24/7 and I go to work early, so it worked out great. Service was fast and efficient. read more

I'm glad I didn't tip to the individual saying my clothes are still wet. If you even think about complaining to them, they will be on the defensive and won't help you out. The manager is a very rude individual and very nosey. It's better to do your laundry elsewhere. read more

Wow !! This is the best cleaner... I used their drop off service yesterday and picked up my laundry today. I was hesitant because it was a little more expensive than any other drop off service but trust me it was well worth it.. I am from whitestone and used many other drop off laundromats the reason for the change was missing clothes. Mistreated clothes including detergent stains. Also terribly folded clothes and found that poorly paid workers were not using any detergent at all when washing clothes.. only when they felt like it. Mr machine is the best drop off service i have ever used they actually clean and treat stains on your clothes. When i picked up my laundry i can tell the difference from any other laundry service. I never found such a professional place with the pleasure of being treated like home. This laundry place is very nice with TV, it's very clean and the drop off service is off the wall when you pick up your clothing it folded so nice it looks as though you just came out of the store. They wash your clothing perfect and it stay smelling good for days. The employees are very nice, they make you feel at home like they've known you all your life. My laundering experience was great. The customer service is horrible. It's good for drop off for the most part. However I came here today to do a big spring wash which my own machine would just take too long to do. I asked I guess who is the owner if they have softener available for customers and he said, defensively, I would give you $1000.00 if you show me which laundry offers that. Well excuse me in Long Island they do at the one I've been too. It was a question requiring a simple yes or no. He got extremely defensive and I said I just asked a question why are you getting so defensive. He said I disrespected him by asking him that question. Huh?!?! I said it was a question and you're rude for accusing me of disrespecting him. I'm asking based on my experience elsewhere. I also saw that he had softener for sale and I thought maybe I would purchase. I said could I smell it and he said no it's for sale?!?! I smell softener in CVS, in BJs and other retail establishments. He made up some dumb excuse why I could not smell the product I said ok say no more. I could easily go across the street and smell the softners there. He also said oh I'm a business man and a bunch of other unnecessary stuff and I said well I'm an attorney so what?!?! Typical. Bottom line is he prejudged me when I walked in and had the nerve to give me an attitude as if I'm asking him to do my laundry for free. Btw he's the new owner so any previous reviews beware. I've been a customer here for over 3 years and the recent ownership change has made the service terrible. I drop off laundry every 2 weeks and for the last 3 drop-offs, I've received other customers clothes. This was not just a single article of clothing but a whole bundle. Never had an issue before. My dad has been coming here for over 5 years. But in the past few months I've been alternating his drop off between my husband and I. Usually we either just drop off and give out a phone number. And then to pick it up we would pay the fee. Or we would drop off, pay in advanced and then the nice guy would just get a phone number from us. But this morning, my husband went there in a rush before work, gave out the money and just the phone number, but there was this lady asking for more info, info that would take forever to say for her to enter into the system. My husband left the clothes there and then my brother went there to give out the info that she needed, but he forgot his wallet because my husband took the $50 with him(he wasn't going to pay in advance if she wouldn't give a ticket) Now I WILL have to show up in there. This is going to be our last time coming here. Too bad, lost a weekly costumer because of a nonsense worker. Update! They just called and said that they couldn't keep the bag and that they would put it outside !!! Literally everyone has to work in my household. They couldn't wait longer for some of us to get there AGAIN to pay the fee? I'm picking up and going elsewhere ! They leave your clothes smelling so clean and fresh and the prices are not too bad compared to others in the area. I will definitely continue to use Mr. Machine as my go to drop off service. This is my go to laundromat. The staff is friendly and quick to help you out. Very clean and they have 2 tvs one on each side so you can watch some cable to kill time. It's close to key food and family dollar so you can shop while you do your laundry. Drop off service is convenient and decently priced. I've been going here with my mom when I was younger and I'm married with adamant of my own and can't imagine going anywhere else Ps. I have been coming here for years, for Drop off spending probably $300-$400 monthly; Never had an issue with one exception; JB the so called manager; for years, when i had to deal with him he was always nasty and Condescending, with me; not polite at all; Finally I had enough. The last incident, All I asked was When will my Laundry be ready??? He replied 68 lbs and you want it right away, cmon now, Really?? I just asked a question and told him theres no rush, i was just asking; Fact is he's a nobody with a little job title who has no education, nor manners to say the least, Then he tells me "im taking your number out of the computer dont come back to my store", excuse me YOUR STORE??? Used Mr Machine through delivery app. Service was fantastic booked at 4pm for a pick up slot between 6-8pm. Next day I was given a time slot of 6-8pm for delivery I was running errands which took longer than expected called them and told them I wouldn't be home until after 7.30 they delivered close at 8pm. Clothes received back were amazing. Clean smelt so fresh and beautifully folded. I can truly say I will continue to use this service. read more

So I get that since we're all working through CO-VID and what's happening in our country can make us feel uneasy, but we still need to treat each other with respect. I called up for information and the person on the phone was very rude. I needed some information about what the limits are for washing. They rushed me off the call. We don't need this right now. Okay you answered my questions, but when a customer is asking for info to make sure everybody is on the same page a little decency is not too much to ask for. What's makes this place different from the other laundromat that I've used is the friendly staff they got here . We did get someone else items in our laundry the first time we used them (after specifically asking for something like that not to happen as it happened to us in the previous place we used) . We went to Mr. Machine to drop off laundry and couldn't believe that they wanted to charge us around $43 for a 30 pound bag of laundry. When we complained about the high price they asked us if we were first timers because they have a first timer price of about $37! Why are there different prices? We decided not to leave our laundry there and instead went back to our usual laundromat on 67th ave and Austin where they only charge us $23 for a 30 pound bag (half the price of Mr. Machine). read more

Came here really complain about their service. Clothes smell fresh and were folded the right way. Everything was done within 24 hours. They have a pick up and drop off window in front of their store. I discovered that they have customer parking at the back of the laundromat. But then again their website says so. Will be their weekly customer. read more

A very small 24 hour Laundromat, it's one of the smallest laundromats I've ever been too, even though its size I keep going because the workers are great and friendly and oh yea and it's only 5 minutes away from home. They mostly do drop offs but for people like me who likes to do their own it's not enough space, half of the time I have to fold my clothes in the middle of the narrow pathways because their only 3 tables are alway occupied. read more

This place has ruined other laundromats for me. I moved to Astoria and still drive back here to drop my laundry off. Drop your laundry off here once and you'll see they really do all the little things : hanging up all your button downs, bundling your socks together, and the clothes actually get clean. I suspect my OTHER laundromat just shoves as many clothes in as possible to try to do it all in one load but my clothes come back smelling like soap but with the same stains on them. read more

Huge plus to this place is the fact that the washers are superfast!! The place has a small parking lot in the back, which isn't always full. I hate finding parking in queens. AMAZING. I brought my two down comforters for wash and they came out incredibly well! One is so old and had old stains and wear to it and the other (my friend had a little bit of a rough night and couldn't hold down her liquor and it ended up all over it) also they both had a small bright green stain from food coloring on it, which I could never get out let alone even fade out. I got them back tonight and they're like brand new blankets! White with zero stains! Even the green is gone! For both it was $25 and I brought it on a Monday afternoon (around 12pm) and they couldn't have them done until 11pm which was a little inconvenient but so worth it as I've realized now! Very nice laundromat. I use to live near by and have since moved, but i still get in my car and drive out just for this place. I come here at least once a week. I have been to many laundromats in queens and I can not believe I did not find this place sooner. I had such a positive experience. There was not 1 machines out of order. Every machine worked and worked well which is very rare to see in laundromats. This is a terrific size store with bright lightening. I am used to visiting tiny dirty mats with poor lightening. There was plenty of room to fold my clothes and he provides huge clean carts! The clothes were clean and smelled great. Mr Machine offers Free WIFI which is a huge plus. There is also a nice size flat screen tv with plenty of seating. Customer service is amazing. I actually met with the owner who I spoke with for awhile. He is a true professional who has tremendous pride in running his business the right way! His staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I just found my new place to wash my clothes! I am actually going to begin using the drop off service as well. Thank you Mr Machine! read more
