I really didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from him when I arranged for this service. If you want a shop who is honest and treats their customers with respect, I would definitely go ELSEWHERE. It is really disappointing to have a shop try to scam a customer who is very knowledgeable about auto repairs and I am definitely not a pushover.

Spent an afternoon trying to find out why. Finally went to the dealership where we'd bought the car. The bulb installed by the garage is a bad one and is the cause of the headlight problems. Last week, I was kind of frustrated when my mechanic showed me the missed areas that were not treated or rustproofed. When opening the hood, above the wheel wells, the areas were only sprayed on top but not completely. The trunk was also sprayed at the bottom but the trunk was not fully sprayed. I found that the money I paid was a waste. I wanted to rustproof the car in the summer to let the oil work its way in hot weather, I will go somewhere else and rustproof the car again before the winter. I don't think it's worth going back even for free. I do not recommend the place.

That was a 2 3/4 hour oil change, I expected at least the possibility of a future no-charge oil change for the inconvenience and to get me to come back into the service department.
