Car dealerships in this area of Ottawa are a dime a dozen. The trick is finding one with good service. This place is the best. I brought my vehicle to Metro in 2009 and I have never taken it anywhere else. John in the service department is very helpful, provides advice but he does not pressure you to do work you don't need. John has arranged off-warranty coverage, which saved me hundreds of dollars, Today I changed my summer tires for winter ones, and it cost me $20 plus tax. I took my vehicle in to get the oil change, made an appointment and was there at 7:30 told them I would wait. At 9:00 the vehicle was still in the spot I parked it, when I asked at the service counter, they claimed they lost the work order and it would go in immediately and be out in 20minutes. At 9:15 it still had not moved to which time I asked for the manager. He was not available, I was about to ask for my keys to leave I noticed my car was taken inside at 9:20.... the manager came out 10minutes later and told I him and he advised me he knew about the situation...basically all he said was sorry and walked away. I finally got the car and left at 10:15. That was a 2 3/4 hour oil change, I expected at least the possibility of a future no-charge oil change for the inconvenience and to get me to come back into the service department.
