Something the plumber refused to do when he arrived. He ran the water in the sink in the 1bathroom for a second, then told me it's draining! He did not replaced the plug in that sink, but advised me I could find a plug at the hardware store. In the end as I stated he left with neither toilet in working order, he left me with both toilets not working. I called and asked to speak with the owner about the this, was told he would contact me. That was on the 18th of the month. No call.... 10 days later I called again asking to speak with the owner, (the person I imagine wrote they "guarantee customer satisfaction". ) I received a call from someone ( I believe it was the person who left me with an unfinished repair.) I sent a text message on Sunday afternoon, expecting a call--maybe. Usually I don't get return…read morecalls from a text. I received a call from Cody before 8am on Monday morning. Color me surprised. Gave him the information on the leaking water heater, he told me to expect a call from the office manager regarding when they could fit me in. The phone was probably on the table for 10 minutes when I receive a all from the office manager and was told that they would fit me in probably after lunch. I received a call from Jordan that he was in route, at 11am. Jordan did a fantastic job installing the new water heater and explaining that the leaking one was installed backwards--cold into hot fitting and hot into the cold side. Jordan cleaned up the water on the floor and vacuumed the remaining water. He installed the water heater the correct way with all new fittings and was done with the job at 1pm..
