Kempton & Self was a little higher than the other but the way Cory ( the owner) explained the procedure, the warranty, the quality materials and that he'd work to get us water ASAP made the difference. He had a 4 man crew out here within 3 days! He was here on the site every day. The crew of Brad, Zac, & Devin were very courteous, professional, and were never bothered by any questions we had. They constantly cleaned up after themselves. A very stressful situation went very smoothly thanks to them. This company is the Best!

His reply was, "Normally, that would be around $200 labor". He said he could have someone come over same morning. I agreed on the price and timing. Plumber and assistant arrive and begin working, 45 minutes into job Jerry texts me to clarify that it is $200 per hour. So, 45 minutes in I get hit with a bait and switch. Mid job I understand I am screwed. Turned out some valves and supply lines would need to be replaced. Home Depot price on these is $6.45 and $12.98. I got hit with a bill charging 35 and 45 respectively. $470 for parts that cost $110.06 and $537 for labor that was quoted at $200. After letting them know that I would be providing accurate reviews and supplying the information to the BBB, plumber came back with a $170 discount bringing the margin on parts down from 77% to 63%. Basically from obscene to slightly less obscene. Flo Right operation runs off bait and switch with margin on parts that is basically theft. My fault for not inquiring on the cost of parts. I am so accustomed to dealing with honest people that I didn't think of it. Live and learn. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this operation

All 3 companies tried to unclog my sink and tub and it wouldn't drain it kept getting clogged again. After the last plumber tried 3 times to unclog my sink and tub and couldn't get it. I called ThaGermanGuy because I've heard so many great things about this Company and how the ThaGermanGuy could find out what's wrong and unclog any line. So I decided to call him and sure enough he was able to unclog my sink and tub coming to find out I needed my sewer line replaced because I had a big root growing into my connection. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the office has been incredibly frustrating. After work was completed, it took close to SIX weeks for the office to take the necessary next steps to get the city inspection completed--something that normally should take a few days. The biggest issue wasn't simply the delay; it was the complete lack of communication. I was never proactively informed about what was happening or why there was a delay. I had to repeatedly call to get updates, and the explanation was consistently some variation of "we need paperwork" or "things behind the scenes are challenging." When the LOC paperwork was finally submitted--roughly three weeks after I had signed it--we were able to get the inspection completed. Unfortunately, I'm now experiencing another issue. I have been trying to get an answer regarding the company covering the water pipes connecting my home to the meter, and I have essentially been ghosted. I have called at least five times in the past week and each time I'm told that "the manager will reach out" or "we're waiting for the supervisor." Still no resolution and no meaningful communication. What makes this especially disappointing is that I had great experiences with this company previously. The people actually doing the work have been excellent, which is why I have continued to use and recommend the company. But good technicians cannot make up for an office that fails to communicate, follow up, and take ownership of issues after the work is completed. I'm extremely disappointed by the level of incompetence and lack of communication from the office/management during this process. I expected much better from a company I had previously had positive experiences with. I would not recommend you use there services.

Both times I tried calling other plumbers as well (for quotes), and was turned down by everyone else once they heard it was a 'solar' HWH system, even though (as Heath and his team said) it's just plumbing (they didn't have to mess at all with the electrical control of the roof panels). The price for the job was also substantially less than I was quoted by one of the other firms before they remembered that I had a solar HWH system (at which point they declined the job). Heath and his team (3 total guys on the job) were on time, worked with me to reschedule part of the job due to another home project I had going on at the same time, worked quickly but not rushed, and definitely seemed to know what they were doing; they work very well as a team. I also liked that, while Heath seems to try to replicate the original equipment and connections as much as possible, he was very open to questions I had about alternate equipment, and also to switching from the sweated copper fitting to screw-on fittings with flexible pipe connectors. They were very careful to leave the site as clean as they arrived, and took away the old heater, box, and all the associated trash without any discussion. Finally, I asked them if they do slab leak-detection work (a friend of mine recently needed this and had a bad experience), and I now know that they are very comfortable doing this type of work; if they're too busy to respond quickly (these are often emergencies), they refer to a couple other outfits in the area. This service is hard to find in our area.
