The combination of the two flavors was really good. Inside the lounge, there is no alcohol. But there's definitely quite a few non-alcoholic options to include soda, energy drinks, and water. There's definitely plenty of places to sit to include different tables and couch options. There's some TVs as well as some games to play. While I was there, I played some jenga. My companion and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting ME Ultra Lounge for the first time Saturday May 16th from about 4PM to 10PM or so. Dolph and his partner were extremely professional, efficient and polite. The service was outstanding. I own several hookah setups and this was the finest smoke I have ever experienced. I had the lemon mint and the staff's expert coal management (coconut charcoals--the best) was precise and allowed the shisha to toast evenly and completely with absolutely no effort on our part. Very kind to the lungs, too. Hookah had a perfect long handled mouthpiece with several one-use interchangeable inserts for multiple users as one prefers. Silicone hose, everything sanitary and in top condition. Great ventilation and atmosphere, nice mix of beats on the sound system which while lively was not intrusive and definitely stimulated conversation and relaxation at the same time. Great selection of flavors and drinks--we had lots of water and Gatorade to rehydrate and the prices were reasonable throughout. I had recently eaten but next time I will sample more of their goodies. Nice dim decor with a low-key disco vibe--lots of interactive lights with music--and plenty of space. We plan on hosting some small social gatherings here in the near future. Small wonder this place has been around over 10 years! Here's to many, many more.

I'd love to support this local business, but each and every time I go in I'm reminded why I don't go there more often. Associates - and I've dealt with several - are ALWAYS rude. Their signage is rude. Their prices aren't competitive. The repetitiveness of their failures kind of blows my mind; In such a saturated market, you'd think they'd put some thought into customer service / retention. After boycotting for several months, I gave in and visited again for the sake of convenience. On my last visit (and it will be my last), twice I was overlooked for the associate to help customers who had clearly entered the store after me - but I said nothing. I waited a total of about 15 minutes; I overheard sports banter, talk about product, misogynistic banter, the weather - the guy was super congenial and helpful to the other customers (two were actual customers - one just wanted to talk sports), who I couldn't help but notice, were male, and had no masks. Then, when no one else was left in the store, the associate finally turned to me and offered to help. I asked some questions about the products, and each answer got shorter and terser. I'm sensitive to the confusion and paranoia surrounding our world right now; at this date, there's no light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to our reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. I'm a conscientious consumer, always wearing a mask and giving people ample personal space these days because I know retailers have no choice but to interact with the public. I spend quite a bit of cash on vape sticks since I've quit smoking, and I make a habit of tipping generously. I'll continue to do so, and I'm happy to do that for any of their competitors.
