We've now used Luciano three times and he has been outstanding every single time. We're in the process of opening a medical practice, and as we've been looking at potential locations we wanted to do our due diligence and have each property properly inspected before committing to anything. Luciano has been our guy for all of it. He is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, and he takes the time to walk you through every major component so you actually understand what you're looking at -- not just what the issue is, but what it means and what it would take to address it. He also offers practical, thoughtful suggestions along the way. On top of that, he's respectful, professional, and just has a great vibe -- it was truly a pleasure working with him. I would 10,000% recommend Luciano for any home or property inspection, and we look forward to working with him again. read more

If all you want is a basic check-the-box inspection, I'm sure other home inspectors are fine, too. But if you want to understand the house you're buying, and know how it works and how to take care of it, there is no one Luciano. This is a man who truly loves his job. His knowledge is immense and his enthusiasm is infectious. We learned about the layers of history in our new home, about how to maintain the major systems, and about how to get into every nook and cranny if we have to. Luciano pointed out all kinds of details, big and small, and told us which ones to keep an eye on and which ones not to worry about. And just as importantly, he showed us all the things that were in great shape and had been cared for well in the past. As a real estate professional, having the right partnerships is key and vital to my teams success. I can honestly say for the last 4 years, Luciano is ALWAYS my go to guy for real estate homes inspections. He is extremely thorough and knows the ins and outs of the property. If you do not learn something new from his inspection, you clearly were not paying attention. He also takes something that can be a little boring and load with information and laughs. Best of all, Luciano produces the inspection report the same day which is sometimes just unheard of. Luciano is the way to go! You will not be disappointed!
