To explain, the ribs were excellent. They were tender, flavorful, and had a ton of meat on the bones. In similar fashion, the brisket was pretty tasty. To breakdown, the brisket had nice flavor with a good amount of fat around the edges. However, the middle of the brisket was a bit overcooked. It was still enjoyable though. After that, I tried the fried pickles which were delicious. The pickles were crispy with a savory and salty taste. These were simply great fried pickles. As a final point, Signal 30 is a really good BBQ restaurant and I highly recommend the ribs and fried pickles.

There are high tops in the bar area and regular tables in the dining area. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant . It is beautifully maintained. Each of us had a different meal. Our friends ordered the rib eye meal and chicken Marsala. My husband ordered the fish and chips and I ordered their haddock dinner. My husband began his meal with their French onion soup. He said it was excellent. Our friends and I enjoyed our dinner salads of lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Each of our meals were absolutely delicious! Our proteins were prepared perfectly. The sides of mixed vegetables, rice, pasta , onion rings and coleslaw were perfectly prepared also. Seriously folks, this bar is an embarrassment of riches. I only wanted to have one beer, but I left with three. Two I enjoyed on site, Hill Farmstead's Susan and the brewery's Society and Solitude #13. These are heavy hitters, and even just two five ounce pours put me in a place where I felt it would be imprudent to have a third. Fortunately for me, the crowler machine was fully functional, and I was able to grab an oil can of Weldwerks Xtra Xtra Broccolli to go. Beer names are stupid, but they will not dissuade me from drinking something delicious. Sadly, Dave wasn't there, so I didn't get to say hi, or shake his hand, or thank him for his hard work of managing such an epic tap list. My drink cup was filled up with ice cold Coca Cola as I grabbed my food. I ate my food outside. The fries were a bit soft, but tasted pretty good dipping into the cup of ranch dressing.
