We did a ground up rebuild of our house, so most of it was new. The old garage floor stayed, along with the foundation. We had the team from MrGarageCoating refinish it and add an epoxy coating. They ground and patched cracks, then applied an epoxy with vinyl flakes to the floor and about one foot up the side walls. The result is fantastic, with the entire garage looking like new construction. The quality was great and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended. read more

Mr Garage is a total professional and you can't beat his prices. I recently had 2 garage floors epoxied, Mr Garage did my second floor and my biggest regret is that he did not do my first floor too. His operation is no nonsense and he is an extreme rule follower, which I appreciate. I wanted him to epoxy some wood trim but he assured me that it was not what the product was intended, and would not last. He stayed true to his conviction, I would have paid more too but I appreciated it more that he kept it proper. I'll hire him to do my parents in the very near future. read more

I would advise to people that there is a lot of sanding/grinding of the existing concrete floor, which creates an insane amount of dust - that is just part of the process. I encourage removing items from the garage that you don't want covered in dust. I am giving them five stars not for the work they did - because I have not yet hired them - but for the honest feedback and opinion Pablo gave when he came out to do the estimate. Upon viewing the poor condition of the concrete in our garage (under the carpet a previous owner had put down), he said that he would not do an epoxy floor because he felt there was too much moisture and, while it could look good initially, it would not hold up over time. He stressed his desire to have happy customers. I was immensely impressed with his knowledge and expertise. If their workmanship is anywhere near as good as the professionalism he used to assess the job, then you can't go wrong with these folks. read more

We got our garage floor done yesterday. Pablo came with two other guys on time as promised. They even had to wait for me outside for at least ten minutes since I didn't hear my doorbell. The crew was very professional and courteous. My husband and I originally chose to go with the smooth whisper grey color for the garage. After considering Pablo's advice to switch to the vinyl chip finish, we changed our mind. Pablo had to drive to Anaheim (from Glendale area) to pick up the material. And we are so happy we listened to his advice! The garage floor looks great! Pablo and assistant came out and did the job quickly. I knew exactly what I wanted. But please be advised...he doesn't and can't guarantee the finish for moisture damage. No one does. Some areas have problems with moisture which seeps up through the cement flooring due to high water table, or if you have planters next to the garage where it gets a lot of water from sprinklers. I took my plants out, cut out the sprinklers, and put in large decorative stones so that it won't get too much moisture. Have Pablo go over it with you. You can do the job yourself, but you don't know enough to do it right the first time. Save money and get Pablo to put it in for you. If you plan to do heavy mechanical work in the garage, don't put it in. It wasn't designed for that. If you want a showroom finish to accent your car, then do it. No hard sell, easy to work with, and years of experience. read more

Hired these guys to grind and re-finish my small garage floor in Los Feliz, and the day we were set to start they inspected the concrete and told me I'd be better off putting vinyl or carpet tiles down because the concrete was so moisture-damaged anything they did would just come in-done... Pablo and Elder provided quality work and enjoy creating a garage floor that I, as their customer, really appreciate. Pablo informed me as soon as he saw the garage floor that it was not smooth and would have some dips because the concrete was not poured smooth. He had to do more grinding than normal and put down some filler cement to smooth out the floor.
