Inexpensive deep fried fishalicous goodness in Noosaville…read more So just after half a day in Noosa Heads we were totally broke from the expensive resort restaurants so we asked the information center about a good in expensive place to eat and their recommendation was closed, so on the way back to the hotel we saw a big "FISH & CHIPS" sign! This fisho's menu is very simple. They have a refrigerated case with the fresh fish and you can choose batter, crumbs, or grilled. There are also 3 sizes of chips, small, medium, and obscene. you place your order inside at the counter and pick it up outside. We both ordered the "barra" or Barramundi special battered with a soda included. Of course we had the sodas from Bundaberg. After about 10 minutes they called our number and our orders were in bagged on a paper tray. When we opened the bags we were astounded at the size of the portions. Luckily we ordered for there and not take away or we would not have been able to fit it in our boot to bring it back to the hotel. The best thing was the $22 price tag! If there was a place like this in my neighborhood I would go every Friday.

I beg to differ with Jacob, sorry bud…read more I had an excellent experience at Seasons. The wait staff were absolutely interpersonal and efficient. I was on vacation and felt the speed was complementing the tranquility and beauty Noosa has to offer. Seriously, I'm an indecisive customer and I have worked in a restaurant in Los Angeles, I give kudos to waitress from Melbourne who gave me details on the menu. I ended up ordering the seafood appetizer plate and pinot grigio and it was fabulous!! If I ever return to Noosa, I will return to this place, as the service and ambiance was fabulous. BTW ladies, there's this guy who works here that looks just like Jude Law!

This last time it took 10-15 minutes for coffee to come out so we had to ask, but when in Noosa we're never in a hurry. Usually, service is fine and always friendly. We ordered some nice juices (pineapple-mint, carrot-apple-celery-beetroot-ginger, and watermelon-apple), coffees, and brekky: - roast field mushrooms, goat cheese, and pesto on chibatta: very nice! Creative / original / beautiful. Easily the group's favorite (yes, we of course all sampled each others food) - smoked salmon, asparagus, baby spinach, poached egg, holandaise: the saftest/most traditional choice. We liked the egg and multigrain bread, but as said a safe choice. - lambs fry & bacon, wilted spinach, pea & chive croquette, pepper sauce: a mans breakfast ;-)! Liver (main part of this plate) was a bit overdone so this was our least favorite of the three. But, next time in Noosa, we'll be back.
