Food comes out within ~5 minutes - very fast! The menu is quite extensive. They have a wide variety of teppanyaki rice sets available, as well as noodles, mini hot pot (including individual servings), and various drinks and Asian desserts. I love that you can customize each dish by adding the add-ons (additional ingredients). You can even "build your own teppanyaki set" by choosing the carbs, sauce, protein(s), and add-ons (including vegetables). We only tried the teppanyaki rice sets this time around. The Sizzling Japanese-Style Assorted Vegetables consisted of cabbage, green pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and corn. This was listed under "snacks" category, and we thought it would be a good veggie dish accompaniment to the other main dishes. I found it to be very salty and saucy. It had an aftertaste that I didn't really like. The pieces of green pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms were very small, that you could barely taste them. It was mostly white cabbage shreds and corn. The Seafood Rice Set (considered a deluxe menu item) had a bigger and better salmon compared to the thin salmon slices in the Salmon & Shrimps Teppanyaki Rice Set. The shrimps and scallops were pretty good (there were more shrimps than scallops).
