The chef came out to chat, gave us a chance to compliment him and was honoured to have him come out to speak with us. The fried rice and chow mein were ok, had better but could have used some more flavouring. The spicy won ton was just the right amount of spice and the sweet & sour pork was better than normal with good texture & taste balance of the sauce My DH said it was one of the best he has had and that speaks volumes as he has that everywhere!
