After doing some patching up holes and killing some of them with traps, it wasn't enough. We called Patriot Pest Control and they sent Jason to us. He got all the holes around the house, that I missed, patched up. He set baits and it wasn't long that we haven't heard mouse activity within the walls nor do we see mice droppings. Talk about peace of mind!!! He also sprayed the house. Later on I noticed wasps a few weeks later and he came out without me calling to spray not just our house but around our property and shed. They say if there are wasps or any insects that happen to come, they will spray again for free as an ongoing maintenance service. They are very helpful, trustworthy and results were evident.

Synergy was the most compassionate and Nicole made our family very comfortable from the start, with the services that they were going to provide. While we didn't have "round the clock" care, we did have two shifts and the nurses aides that they provided were skilled, compassionate and made our family feel comfortable with outside care in the home which was a major adjustment. A "shout out" goes to Pete and Jenee who were just a delight to work with and really took great care of my dad. They both went above and beyond the call of duty and our family really felt we had great coverage when they were on duty. Two months ago I bought a new Sebo which was a great vac but only used it 3 times before new carpet was installed. Despite bringing home carpet samples, we found to our shock the installed carpet was WAY thicker than what we thought we were getting. So the Sebo model we just bought was not going to cut it. Rowell's allowed a trade in for a different Sebo that does work without any hassle and Rex was thorough in his guidance. What a relief! This kind of service does not exist at the big box stores. You might think you are paying more for your vac but remember they service what they sell and will keep it running for many years which is real value.
