They made multiple errors on a very basic income tax return that resulted in having to file an amended return, which meant having to wait an additional 4 months for the IRS refund. They claim to doublecheck all work, but this error was so basic and obvious that if they had done any level of checking, they would have caught it. This year, there was a dramatic shift where the quality, competence, and ethics have severely declined. Last year our personal taxes were $465 and we started a small business but had no expenditures or income. We were advised to not file not our business in 2022 (for the 2021 tax season). This year, our personal tax bill was well over $700 and our small business taxes were $900. In addition to the $900 fee I was advised over the phone by Kelly, an accountant, that sense we didn't file in 2021, that we would need to file this year for 2021 with another charge of $100. Our business tax bill would be $1,000. For the business alone. However, when I got to the office to sign off on the tax bill we were charged even more. I refused to sign for these charges. I grabbed my well documented tax paperwork/documents for the past year and left without signing anything. I had illustrated what we needed for my mom including finding resources for ride sharing programs…read more Stephanie sent us a zoom link which expired after a half hour so we all had to log back in, then she spent most of the time telling me how my mother is a vulnerable adult and will need to be assessed to see if she needs to be taken away from her home and into an assisted living home. After a while of this my babysitter I hired for this $400 phone call was telling me my son was overtired so I had to leave. I had illustrated in three emails one before we met online and one following her visit to my mom (deciding that my mother was not required to be submitted to a care home) and one following that second email asking about helping my mom find and apply for ride services which would allow her to be less isolated. Since then I have heard nothing from her on the matter, only complaints saying that my mother has asked her for a ride too many times, and not to bother her.. Absolutely a huge waste of money and time, the fact that she doesn't have a Google account is a sign that she is not someone who is not confident putting her name out there. Wonder why!!

wish i could leave a lower score…read more i was sent there after fracturing my right femur (thigh bone). henry ford hospital would not release me until i agreed to go to rehab even though my dearest spouse already prepared everything at home. i'll start with a few good things: food was pretty tasty, especially for hospital-quality meals. many - NOT ALL - of the certified nursing assistant (CNA) staff - were INCREDIBLY kind, caring, and professional. CNA MINDY was OUTSTANDING. but, as to the advertised "serene" environment for recovery highlighted in their ads: NO. first night there, it sounded like the occupants across the hall were having a geriatric camp-out with LOUD laughter, singing, etc. until one or two in the morning. next morning, one of those "campers" went up and down the hallway calling out WAKEY-WAKEY at about 06:00. at a time when i should have been resting and healing, i was lucky if i slept an hour that night. next night, after almost no sleep, a different CNA woke me just before 05:00 "just in case" i needed to use the rest room. right then, i didn't need to, but the suggestion made me need to go. i called out to the aid who woke me but she just continued out the door and NO RESPONSE to the call button. i wasn't supposed to leave the bed without assistance but had no choice. my final night there, which, i will admit was a holiday with staffing likely difficult, there was SO much commotion that i had to telephone the director of nursing to request help for the TWO CNAs on duty for the entire section. the director might not have taken a late-night customer call seriously but i think she could hear all of the shouting and expletives in the background during my call. "serene" environment for recovery? NO. i could go on and on (and on and on) but i'll suffice to say that, after three days, i called my husband to get me the h#ll out of there. oh, and one further thing: over the past couple days, we've received multiple robo-calls from vista trying to convince us that we should consider them for our future care needs. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. and, as said at the start of this: wish i could give vista a score less than one.

It's almost as if they're trying to encourage the residents to die sooner because of poor nutrition . Nurses also screwed up my friend's medication on three different occasions. On a positive note the ​ CNAs are very sweet . They advertise luxury living, which it definitely isnt.
