As the rainy and cold season is upon us, we thought we'd give the fireplace a spin but know we desperately needed a clean. Ron was quick to respond, on time, extremely friendly and did a fantastic job! What more can you ask for? Oh, and he loved on my puppy, even while she was bothering him for attention while working :) I find workers who come through our house are usually stand off-ish and not very friendly. Ron was seriously the opposite and THAT is the person you want and trust to enter/work on your home! Great price for the quality of work and I know who to call any time we need our chimney swept. He even gave so much insight on maintaining it. Although we had a request for him to look at something else in our home (which was completely out of his field), he willingly looked and helped us as best he could! So sweet!! Since we rent, and fireplaces in LA are not super essential and usually more of a nice treat from time to time, it just slipped my mind. Daniel arrived and I walked him through all of our one story windows and patio doors -- it should have been a straightforward job. Yet at the end only half of the windows were clean and we were left with damaged screens AND stains on our black frames from their allegedly superior cleaning solution that are not removable to this day. Daniel told Chris he had walked us through the work before he left. Not true. He gave a slight discount on cost but it didn't offset the damage. Chris promised to reimburse us the cost of repairing our damaged windows, so we took our own time to find a reasonable repair shop and dropped off/picked up in our own. Yet when we sent the receipt and asked for reimbursement, nothing but crickets. What a lack of integrity and honesty from this business and Chris. Very disappointing lack of skill and accountability. If you're hiring them to blast your driveway, go for it. Any more complex or skilled jobs like window washing, hire them at your own risk.
