When I picked up the sweater, the individual working decided to fold the arm in half and sew it completely on top of the other half of the sleeve in order to avoid actually mending the hole basically imagine taking a sleeve folding in in half and then sewing it just in the section where the small hole was basically an arm can't fit through the sleeve any longer because they decided to fold it in half . Complete incompetence. I called and asked them how they would be refunding not only the price I paid but the $300 that the sweater cost to replace. They still haven't returned my calls. This was the Tuesday before a Friday night prom. The owner (I don't know her name) was very sympathetic and supportive! She understood the stress of the situation. Not only did she hem the pants and let out the seat but she pressed his new shirt in record time. It was done by Wednesday!!!! AMAZING customer service!!! The suit looked perfect on him. The best part was that my son was working when I dropped the pants off. She did it without even seeing him!! I'm so grateful and thankful!! From one VERY Happy Mom
