Add the chipotle cream inside and you've got something special. It came out a solid size too, not one of those burritos you finish still hungry. The two homemade hot sauces seal the deal. The red is good, but the green is the one I kept going back to. I rounded it out with the steak chilaquiles, chips tossed in salsa verde and piled with crema, steak, onion, cheese, avocado, and egg. If you've never had them, this is a great place to start. There's a shaded little spot to sit and eat, which makes it easy to post up for a bit. I Googled the best breakfast burrito in the area, and this place immediately stood out, so I had to give it a shot. It's a bit of a drive from Wake Forest, but definitely worth it. They do something to the bacon where it has additional flavor. Still encourage call ahead because then you can go pick up and take your burrito with you. I'm not a person to do reviews but I'm tired of them doing this I used to love this place, but lately, every time I go, they're out of everything--sometimes just an hour after opening. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. My boyfriend called them because they forgot to put avocado in my burrito, even though I paid extra for it. Instead of fixing the mistake, the employee argued with him, insisting it was there. I even checked under a flashlight, and there was no avocado at all. If I'm paying extra, I should at least get what I paid for. This isn't even the first time they've messed up my order. A while ago, I specifically told them over the phone that I'm allergic to beans, and they still put them in my burrito. When I called to let them know, they said they couldn't fix it--like, what? Yes!!! So excited about this food truck addition. Mr Burro is parked at the Valero on Six Forks Road where the Gym Taco trucks are as well. They do Mexican inspired breakfast and coffee. They've only been open about two weeks, but I've already been back twice. They have breakfast tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and sandwiches. They also serve up some tasty crispy potatoes, essentially home fries, as well as coffee, lattes, and freshly squeezed orange juice. I've gone for the tacos each time! The tacos are loaded with egg, beans, pico, a chipotle sauce, and cheese. I've also added chorizo as well, it's spot on. Honestly one taco is enough for me since they are pretty filling, but my husband always goes for two. The toritllas are super fresh. The orange juice is so delicious, on my last visit they were out so I went with their lemonade. The dulce de leche latte is my favorite, on my last visit I did dulce de leche with iced coffee and it was quite tasty as well. The staff is super friendly and patient, they'll suggest sauces for you, subsitions if they are out of something, etc. Highly recommend you check this breakfast truck out!! read more

Maybe the best breakfast burritos in Raleigh! They messed up my order and gave me a bacon burrito instead of chicken tinga but I can't be too mad because it was still solid although a bit too salty for my taste. I'm excited to try the chicken burrito next time. My friend got the chorizo burrito and really enjoyed it. I do think they need to get a more efficient way of placing an order ahead of time other than calling. It looks like I am not the only one who has had their order messed up over the phone. read more
