There were 2 young ladies behind the counter. No greeting, no welcome, no acknowledgment, nada. After standing there for a long minute, one asked if she could help me. I placed my order, and was told she would bring it when it was ready. The decor was what I call "Preschool Core". Low bright orange couches with brightly colored stuffed animals and pillows. There was a cute cotton candy machine, where you can watch your cc being made into creative shapes. Despite the lack- luster customer service, my drink was incredible. Smooth, creamy and cold, I instantly became a fan. I would tell potential customers.... Look at the on- line menu before you go, because the choices are innumerable. You can get dairy free as well as caffeine free options, in so many flavors. The customer service was a 1, but my drink was a 5.

Boba is a not "the drink", boba is the chewy balls made from "tapioca". You could call boba tapioca balls if you want, they have different names such as boba, balls, boba balls, bubble, pearls, etc. but they're all boba. It has happened twice that when I ordered a drink with "boba", they asked if I meant "tapioca".- tryna correct me for the name. Yes I meant boba, the balls that are made from tapioca. Having a boba shop but not knowing what boba actually is, is actually diabolical. Managers/onwer, please re-educate your employees. And please don't tryna argue about boba with me, I'm from the place that it was originated. Drink: No comments...The only decent drink is Vietnamese coffee. The spa-like interior is so quiet, with soothing colors and calm music. We have enjoyed the Yido Supreme as well as the beef ramen, both were delicious. The staff were very kind as well and helped me get in and out quickly. This is the best boba in Owensboro I had during my time there hands down. Great flavor, good quality, authentic drink. The ramen was very good and packaged great for carry out. The quality of ingredients were great, but not the best I've ever had personally. I felt the broth was a tad bit dilute and could've had stronger flavor. But overall I'd still recommend anyone go here!

The ice cream itself lacked flavor, and the texture made it surprisingly difficult to eat, more of a stunt food than something enjoyable. I also found the interaction with the worker a little awkward; they were polite but didn't say much, which made the overall atmosphere feel a bit flat. They also didn't wash their hands so that was a little off putting. They also were on a phone call the entire time which was completely unprofessional... not a good look. For the price, I expected a lot more. It felt expensive for what you actually get, and the quality didn't match the cost. They do have a good selection of options, which is a plus, but the good just doesn't outweigh the bad here. The experience was just okay, but not memorable enough to want to return. I had high hopes since I'd never tried rolled ice cream before, but the visit ended up being a little disappointing. Between the lackluster flavor, the awkward service, and the high price point, it's not a place I'd go out of my way for again.
