Service: No issue with the employees' attitude, they were fine. However, owners/managers should re-educate these employees on what boba is. Boba is a not "the drink", boba is the chewy balls made from "tapioca". You could call boba tapioca balls if you want, they have different names such as boba, balls, boba balls, bubble, pearls, etc. but they're all boba. It has happened twice that when I ordered a drink with "boba", they asked if I meant "tapioca".- tryna correct me for the name. Yes I meant boba, the balls that are made from tapioca. Having a boba shop but not knowing what boba actually is, is actually diabolical. Managers/onwer, please re-educate your employees. And please don't tryna argue about boba with me, I'm from the place that it was originated. Drink: No comments...The only decent drink is Vietnamese coffee. Service was meh, teenage kids running the place that aren't super engaged or friendly. Not mean or anything just sorta meh. Bubble tea was also just meh :/ we have another place locally that has WAY better bubble tea! It wasn't bad by any means, but it also wasn't something I'm going to CRAVE like I we all do the Thai Milk and the Matcha from the other local place. They have a TON of different drink selections and even some bubble waffles we'll be back to try. Cotton candy machine was pretty cool to watch, taste was ok, also just meh. Overall, cool fun experience. Definitely a must try, you won't regret it. We'll be back to explore other menu options but not sure it'll be our go to for matcha bubble tea. read more

Somewhere I frequent whenever I'm in the area. This is a nice and relaxing spot to stop by after a long day of shopping, or to just hang out for a bit. Service is always quick, with kind staff. Rarely if ever any issues with orders or staff. There is a large selection of drinks, so there is something for everyone to try even if you're picky. This place has potential. Maybe I just came on the wrong day or ordered the wrong drinks. Definitely will come back to try other drinks until something hits. We came on a weekday, thinking it'd be a quick stop since barely anybody was there, but there were some online orders ahead so wait took a bit. It's a good place for a casual date or to study, plenty of tables with clean restrooms. Drinks unfortunately didn't really do as well. We ordered the Oreo shake for the kids, this is more ice than milk/cream so it didn't feel like a true shake. The oolong milk tea was on the sweeter side, would recommend to go less sweet; I ordered herbal jelly but got rainbow jelly instead which is on me for not looking at the screen to double check - this just made the drink taste like sugary milk. Lastly we did an avocado smoothie with less sugar; we found out that this place uses mango syrup as sweetener so the mango definitely overpowered the avocado taste - not my cup of tea. read more

New, favorite bubble tea place in the Midwest. Real tea, great ingredients/creations choices, and wonderful environment. The cotton candy machine is our girls' candy dreams come true. The sweetness of the drinks is delicate, so no need to half the sugar. My go-to drink at any bubble tea place would be considered the classic here. It's a friendly establishment, made me feel welcome! I had no clue about the menu, I told the Barista (?) that I need something low in sugar, being diabetic. She recommended a Superfruit Tea, jelly boba, no extra sugar and orange strawberry flavored, oh mercy, it was delicious! So refreshing had fresh strawberry's and orange slices! This is our least favorite bubble tea place. If you like supper sweet things and desserts, than this is the place for you. If you want actual tea flavors, it is not. Some of their specialty tea like their dirty bobas are great and so are their desserts but a lot of their drinks are way too sugary and do not taste of tea.
