The service was incredibly slow, and the food was underwhelming. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest issue. Our server would bring plates to the table while holding as many as five in one hand and expect us, the guests, to reach up and pull our own plates out of his hand. I told him directly that this was extremely rude and inefficient. I expect my food to be placed in front of me like it would be at any normal restaurant, not to have to grab it out of my server's hands. We eventually brought our concerns to the manager. She apologized and offered us a discount on the meal, which we appreciated, but a discount wasn't what we were looking for. We simply wanted reasonably timely service and food that tasted good. Between the painfully slow service, disappointing food, and the way our plates were delivered, the entire experience fell far short of expectations.
