The cabbage was also enjoyable with more flavor than you'd expect and the BBQ beans were also top notch with a unique cinnamon type flavor. Lejla also mentioned that once the weather gets warmer, she'll be opening up the patio that will have an additional 10 tables out there. Now, to the food, which is what everyone wants to know about. My wife and I both got the pulled pork plates. Which was $12. It came, of course, with a large amount of pulled pork, a side, and cole slaw. They have two different types of cole slaw, creamy and crunchy. The crunchy is vinegar based slaw with banana peppers added(no seeds). The creamy is your standard slaw. You also got to pick between 3 different sauces for your pulled pork(sweet, spicy, and Carolina). We added a bun for an additional $1, and we added another side for an additional $4. Our sides, we both got the smoked macaroni and cheese, and I also got the baked beans, and my wife also got the mashed potatoes. The food was amazingly good! The pulled pork was so tender, and it had a great smoked flavor. By the time I made my sandwich, it was HUGE. It took everything I had to keep it together. We both got the Carolina sauce, and it is a well-made Carolina sauce. It's very strong tasting in a great way. My wife got the crunchy slaw(the vinegar based), and she said it added even more of a flavor to her pulled pork sandwhich.The portion size of everything we received was also incredible! The smoked macaroni and cheese was great, and the baked beans were probably in the top best I've ever had. The mashed potatoes had a great smooth buttery taste to them.
