As far as management and service, it leaves a lot to be desired. 2 stars maybe 3 stars. My friend and I wanted to have the lunch special. I had driven by the other day and saw a sign outside advertising a lunch special. It was very hard to read, so I called and an English speaking man gave me bad information. He said the lunch special was Monday - Friday. It's not. It is Mon - Thurs. We came on a Friday. We asked the waiter and he said no they don't have a lunch special because Cinco de Mayo is next Tuesday. Well, that didn't make any sense. We both wanted a regular sized margarita to have with our lunch and everything on the menu was $7.99 for this size. Then we saw "The Skinny Margarita". It peeked our interest. So we asked several questions about it. The waiter said very quickly, so you both would like a jumbo skinny Margarita!?! My friend started to say yes, but I caught it and said NO. We both will have a regular size skinny margarita on the rocks with salt. We felt like we had been had by this. The waiter was very smooth and slick. When we got our bill we discovered our regular sized Skinny Margarita cost $14.99. We'd been had!!! It will be a very long time before we ever step foot in Los Panchos again. Very disappointing to be taken advantage of so intentionally.

They're obviously a small taco truck operation and I'm not sure how many private events like this they would normally do, so it wasn't a classic, standard wedding vendor experience in the lead up, but man, did they deliver! We had friends there who are food elitists and other friends who used to live in Mexico City and every single person was amazed at how good it was!! I actually pride myself on how well I do carnitas, but their carnitas tacos blew me away. If you've only ever had junk like Chipotle carnitas, you haven't been eating carnitas, you've been eating bland pork. Alex's makes this stuff so legit that I got upset that I was so full I couldn't have another. The parking situation is a free for all, but it works. Do know it can get really busy. ***EXPERIENCE*** I came here with six of my friends. We were grateful to have beaten the line that came after us. The person who took our orders was kind. Our food did take almost 30 minutes to prepare, but I think they wanted to get us our food out all at the same time which was nice. We thankfully had a picnic bench to sit out out front. I loved the variety of the menu. Some of us got tortas, others got tacos, and some got quesadillas. I ordered the al pastor taco and carnitas taco. They were both pretty yummy. Everyone else devoured and really liked their picks. I loved my Jarritos grapefruit soda. ***PRICE*** You can't beat the prices here. I spent $8 for two tacos and a drink. ***CONCLUSION*** My party loved this food truck. If you're willing to wait or call ahead, this spot is good for group takeout.

Like, smaller than a broom closet. No problem, but there was no toilet paper, also again lucky for me, there was a paper towel machine I could reach from the seat, in this very tiny spot. I waved my hand and paper towels came out. I went to wash my hands and the sink nearly came out of the wall. No exaggeration. I would eat here again, but probably use gas stations bathroom first and bring hand sanitizer.
