It is served with a pink sauce -- and after trying it, the base is definitely ketchup and mayonnaise. It tasted very good, for being a quichessant. Second, the caramel miso latte: if you are a Dulce de leche or a salted caramel fan -- this is your jam. It doesn't have the same level of saltiness as those flavors often have, but it carried an appropriate amount of umami/savoriness.
