Awesome team.

Just an Awesome Pl., Run by an awesome team. The proprietor, "Mr. Art" = somebody you wanna sit down & get to know. Uplifting, positive, motivating....on a "mission" you can accurately say. Excellent coffee, big as your head in-house made cinnamon rolls, minutes out of the oven. Just discovered it end of last week, but consider me a regular.

512 Tacos (cheese and cilantro are optional)

Mr. Art's Coffee made my day with their delicious coffee, amazing breakfast tacos, and friendly employees. Their shop isn't a far drive from downtown Franklin. I loved that there was plenty of close parking and the lot wasn't chaos. The shop is cozy and cute. They have fit in as much seating as possible with two tops. My order was taken by Lucy. She was so sweet and kind with answering menu questions. She definitely made me feel welcome and helped me make good food and drink choices. The 512 Tacos are legit Texas breakfast tacos. I lived in Austin for a few years after college and was thrilled to see 512 on the menu. The tacos were heavenly. They were so flavorful with eggs, bacon, and potato. I added the optional cheese and cilantro. The salsa was fresh and delicious. I was so excited to have the best breakfast tacos I've had since living in Texas. The portion was perfect too. It was filling without being too heavy. The Jujubee Latte was also so delicious. I went with a 12 ounce hot which has two shots of espresso. Wow, this really gave me energy for the day. The cinnamon is in the espresso. It was more flavorful and kept the latte smooth. I'm an instant fan of Mr. Art's. This isn't close to home for me, but I will have to come here for my coffee and breakfast taco cravings. Based on what I had I'm sure the whole menu is great. If you love good coffee, breakfast food, and super friendly service then you must make your way to Mr. Art's coffee.

Don't sleep on the breakfast tacos here. They are amazing! Super friendly vibe. Art and the crew are slinging some great coffee and grub.

What a great place! My husband said, "I hate paying for breakfast, but I would pay for this over and over." The place was busy, but for the food service and atmosphere the line should be wrapped around the building. Art came out and had a chat with every customer including my husband. The barista and cashier was so friendly. Everyone was friendly and so genuine. Thetacos were delicious. I opted out of the spinach and cilantro. My husband got the breakfast bowl and loves it. The cinnamon roll was so delicious we dig in before getting a pic. The coffee is perfect.

finally trying this spot I drive by weekly!

Mr. Arts Coffee House in Franklin is a hidden gem, located in the Independence Square plaza off Hillsboro road, about a mile from the historic downtown Franklin Square! We split the 512 tacos (1 order comes with 2) and they are very satiating - you pick flour or corn or one of each - comes with potatoes, egg, bacon, cheese, spinach, avocado, cilantro and a side of tasty salsa - absolutely delicious! We ended with the cream cheese cinnamon roll, which was the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. The iced lattes were just as impressive; we had vanilla and caramel, both made with their quality homemade syrups (always love a shop that makes their own syrups). The space is small yet quaint with some really cute and modern artsy decor, the staff and service is kind and attentive. We will be back!!

The food and coffee is delicious! I got an iced mocha with Cuban and a breakfast bowl. The iced mocha was the right amount of sweet, and the coffee in it was smooth and tasty! The breakfast bowl was amazing and very filling. I loved the potatoes in it and the salsa was yummy! My husband got the breakfast tacos & loved them! The service was awesome! Staff is very friendly, helpful and greets everyone with big smiles. It's a great place to have a little date or just to make a relaxing stop in your day. I will definitely be back soon!

The breakfast tacos are amazing. They're the best in Franklin, probably the best in middle Tennessee. I'll be back for more.

A real gem! Wish there was a location in Nashville. The breakfast tacos were spot on and the Cuban latte was perfect.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

It didn't take them long for them to make my drink, a salted queen latte, even though they were quite busy. I'm sure thanks to how they have their space setup as well as some fabulous workers! Loved how there were more private booth spaces. Genius! The drink was nummy + exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much, Fainting Goat Coffee!! Hey next time carry more sizes of shirts so I can continue to spread word of your great coffee shop!

Compared to other places in Nashville, the Matcha I had was was perfect with the taste and texture (it held up with it's savory umami flavor without being too watered down/ too much milk). On the other hand the Cortado was not overly extracted + not bitter, and had the perfect amount of milk to soften the espresso. The place is located in a strip mall and is small inside. Parking can also be found outside directly of the store. The service and staff was also friendly and nice. My personal rating: 4.5-5/5
