We moved to BC 20 years ago and prior to that were frequent customers for 25 years. The city never paid any attention to the businesses while approving the extensive road construction. Since our recent return we see London is a city in utter DECAY and will never return to its original form. Downtown Dundas street is diseased so no one wants to go there. I told them that unless I was contacted this evening, I would be contacting the Middlesex Health Unit. Eventually, maybe an hour later, the manager called. As to the plastic, it was a 'mistake' and for the rest 'the noodles are always crispy'. Long story short, not only was I told that I would not be refunded my money or given a credit in kind but that the only thing they would offer me was Dinner for Two. Yeah good luck with that.
