On July 14, 2016, my Daughter went to Footlocker (28670 Telegraph Road Southfield, Michigan 48034…read more(248) 350-2747 store number:07620). She bought a pair of shoes and a pair of shoe inserts. The total purchase was $121.89. She spent her own money from her first job. On the way home we noticed that the cashier (James, register #002) charged my daughter twice for the same amount. We went directly back to the store. The store manager said there is nothing they could do and gave us the number for customer service (1-800-991-6682). How inconveniencing for the customer! Why should I be inconvenienced because your manager doesn't want to do his job? I wasted gas and time going back and forth to your store, which won't happen again. We called to start an investigation so that my daughter, a full-time college student could get her money back. A woman by the name of Ashley # 2905 took the report. She said that it could take 3-5 business days to resolve this situation. After 7 days with no phone call, no text message, and no email I began calling Ashley #2905. Day 1 Ashley was not in, Day 2 Ashley was not in, Day 3 Ashley was not in. I was told she was the only person who could help us resolve this issue. Another waste of our time! This matter should have been resolved on day one. It is now day 9 and still, we have no resolution! What a way to treat a customer. I called the customer service number again. This time, I spoke with Trisha #5053 she told me "I already told you there is nothing that can be done today!". She was very rude and condescending to me. I guess this is how Footlocker treats its customers. I was quite taken aback by the lack of concerns and rudeness towards me. My daughter worked hard for this money. It is disheartening that a large company like Footlocker would take advantage of her hard work. Footlocker cares nothing about our situation. I am so frustrated and angry. I called back to complain about how I was treated and another customer non-service assistant didn't want to let me "explain" what might have happened. Trisha told me "I will NOT transfer your call." the customer # is 17174236. Footlocker has definitely lost a family of customers. I have also informed my friends, Facebook followers and anyone else who will listen about the horrible treatment we have experienced with Footlocker.
