This DSW is a nice size store. I ain't one to gossip, so you didn't hear this from me....You can donate a pair of shoes once a week in exchange for reward points. Those reward points can accumulate to up to $20 off a future purchase. Clean out those closets to make room for new shoes! I was happy to find some great finds in the green dot markdown section. Kaylee was working the register and provided great service!

They carry a lot of Kelly & Katie flats and heels and I am big into them since they feel and fit so comfortably. Bought some AK's that were super comfy. Been adhering to the rule of only purchasing shoes that fit at first try and walk. I found 3 pairs and for $143, not bad since I go through flats every year. Didn't have the silver metallic flats with no embellishment but the AK would take me far in the office for now. Loving the calf hair black/brown and cream flats, goes with tons of things, much better than the Dr. Scholl's leopard print I bought a while back. I think I buy about 3/4 of my shoe collection from DSW, the rest from boutique shops as I prefer unique wears when possible. Would have been better if I had more than a $5 coupon, oh well, there aren't usually many good coupons that I can use when I find a pair of shoes it would seem.

All of the closer spots were taken so we had to park in an area where there was tons of rocks and I almost fell at one point. I understand that they are doing construction next door, but they should at least take care of the area where people to need to park for the stores that are open. Anyways, on to the store itself. This location didn't have nearly as much as the Lansing location. The aisles were only have filled. Lame. Maybe since they are newer they didn't get as much inventory? Not sure, but considering that we just moved back to the area I know I will be back, hopefully to a bigger selection.

I was able to buy a pair of Coach shoes for $6.00...that is unheard of, but I love them and they are very comfortable! When I go on a shoe binge, this is the only place I can guarantee that I will get the quality shoes that I am used to wearing for a major discount. They carry all the name brands for working, causal, and formal wear! I have yet to walk out of that store without a new pair of something....everytime! Tomorrow will be no exception. Definitely need to sign up to be a rewards member...the $10 adds up rather quickly, which means even more of a discount!!!!!!!

DSW is my go to spot for a special pair of shoes for my granddaughter or myself. The kids selection is amazing and they even carry Stride Rite brand. The adult and kids clearance section in the back of the store is well worth a look see for a great discount. The service is always good! I like to stop in weekly to a nearby DSW to donate an old pair of shoes to apply toward my DSW reward points. They add up quickly for dollars off of my purchases. Check out their Soles4Soul program. Try it. Seeing is believing! Tip: Download the DSW app to become a rewards member.

Then, when I asked about the sale for a couple bags which had sale signs above the bags, she told me they weren't on sale and that there was nothing she could do. I went to the Ann Arbor DSW and the bag was on sale. So, I knew I was correct but didn't cause them any trouble because I'm a good person. Unfortunately, since the terrible customer service and respect for their own co-workers, I will never return. That was my first time at that location. Not very smart of them as their job in retail is ending as these kinds of stores are closing because everyone is shopping online. I would suggest to have better customer service even if you don't like who the customers are because we are paying customers that keep you having a job!
