An was told by the representative that "IT'S NOT GUARANTEE TO WORK and I should climb on my roof myself to see if a tree is preventing the sunlight ". ( I'm 60 and just had hip replacement and even if I get on the roof I'm not an expert) It's now been 5 months since insulation roof is already leaking and I have not save a penny on the cost of my light bill. I have solar panels and an HVAC system yet I am paying $900+ in energy bills from Con Edison! I called Con Edison and they informed me that I have not been receiving g my energy credits. I have been trying to reach out to Kamtech and they haven't even bothered to reach out to me. Totally disgraceful! They should compensate me for the 3 months my panels were not producing any energy! Egor has reached out and we managed to come to an acceptable solution. He was very patient and took the time to explain certain issues that I was not aware of. Not only that, but they also compensated me towards the cost of my energy utility bill. Thank you very much for taking the time answer my questions and help steer me towards a satisfactory resolution.

Called two weeks prior to ask about 1 out of 16 solar panels not producing and 3 out of 16 showing…read more50% life time production over 2 years compared to rest. The 1-2 days call back did not happen. Emailing to service@kamtechsolar.com is not an option either, no response after 6 months and a repeated attempt one month ago. Called back, 0 customers in queue, the lady remembered our conversation, she spoke to a project mgr and called me back minutes later with a scheduled installer date next week. This gives me some more confidence than what other reviews have provided. As original installer of a Sunpower system, Kamtech should cover labor costs in addition to the lifetime warranty of panels & inverters per agreement. We will see how this works out.

I went from upset and disturbed to seriously go fuck yourselves.. this isn't right - no customer should feel this way about a service or product or business that they are paying for .. Because now you're messing with my well being, my business and my career as a pilot with my company and my credit score.. He spent about 2 hrs with us, and we found him to be extremely helpful, professional & knowledgeable about all things solar. We were looking to lower our energy costs while pursuing a more environmentally friendly option. Sean helped us navigate the preparation and installation of solar panels. Kathryn was another person at NYSS who we spoke to at the initial start of our solar conversation - she put us in touch with Sean and overall, we were very pleased with our experience. STAY AWAY FROM1!…read more Absolultely horrible company. Had estimate and came to house and didn't leave for 6 hours. Stupidly did have them put up the gutters and side door and was told i had a life warranty if ANYTHING happened to them. Called today because a pin fell out and 1 gutter was sagging and said it was "an act of God and i need to pay to have fixed". Guess the warranty do not cover everything like the agent said. They lie to get the business. They are not worth the aggravation. Cleanup crew also left a mess and tripping hazards as a wire i left hanging out across the door threshhold. This should of been tucked away like it was with the previous door. There are many installation company out there! Find yourself a more trusting one!
