I reach out to the company so they can come see what's causing the lack of sunlight. An was told by the representative that "IT'S NOT GUARANTEE TO WORK and I should climb on my roof myself to see if a tree is preventing the sunlight ". In January 2023, Kamtech installed a 6.8kW peak system consisting of 16 panels with Enphase…read moreinverters, conduit, a PVS6 box, and a breaker box. The sales representative clearly explained the process, and the financing terms were straightforward. The crew worked efficiently from roughly 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at which it went online. A few lag screws required redoing to ensure they hit the roof beams properly, and there have been no leaks since. Kamtech also returned afterward to properly conceal the ground wire under concrete in the garage. In 2024, a drop in production was noticed on a single north-side panel. A service team diagnosed and fixed a loose connector under the panel at no charge. When requested, the team also promptly provided the layout diagram mapping inverter serial numbers to physical panel locations. The system runs very well. Individual production is tracked locally using Home Assistant without requiring any paid subscriptions. Overall, the company consistently makes a strong effort to support customers long after installation.

To whom it may concern :…read more Hey - I'm writing about this whole solar situation I had installed a year ago.. seriously not happy right now. - still haven't got the system up and running like I was promised, and heck no, I'm not gonna pay for this, and now I'm learning, this Enfin has reported it to the credit bureaus and its fcking up my credit score.. this isn't right - Ive talked to enfin and they start yelling at me about why the system isnt up and running and working by now - mind you this was back in November and I told them that I have no fucking clue why its not up and running and suggested that they call Attyx to find out why its not up and running and stop fucking bugging me about it because I don't know shit anyway!! I went from upset and disturbed to seriously go fuck yourselves.. this isn't right - no customer should feel this way about a service or product or business that they are paying for .. Because now you're messing with my well being, my business and my career as a pilot with my company and my credit score.. I'm heated and deflated about this whole thing and seriously don't know what else to do .. I am definitely not paying for this damn loan if I haven't gotten what I was promised.. I mean at this point, come and take the damn solar panels off and I'll find someone else to do it if your solution is for me to pay for it .. I just can't do this with you folks anymore .. I'm at the end here - I seriously want to end this if you can't find a solution with enfin and get this negative report off my credit.. Give me the CEO / Presidents information - or forward them this email - because I'd love for them to hear about this and see what they say .. I'm so heated I can't see straight .. This sucks so bad - what a terrible experience

I had a great experience working with Sharif Udin. From the sales process all the way through…read moreinstallation, he walked me through every step and made everything easy to understand. He was always available whenever I had a question, consistently followed up, and was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The install was super quick and was finished in a blink of an eye. The only issue I had was damaging a window guard but they replaced it the same day and made it right. What stood out to me the most was that he kept his word from beginning to end. Everything he said he would do, he followed through on, and that meant a lot to me. Great communication, great customer service, and a very positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend Sharif!
