I frequented this place many years ago then stopped getting my nails done to save money. Nothing like a professional so I went back and they are still a solid choice and do great work! I've had my regular acrylic set on for almost a month and there's no lifting and no broken nails. They offer all kinds of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Cindy did my nails and I'm thrilled! I showed her photos from Pintrest and they came out even better than the photos. I got sharp, short, iridescent chrome powder. These photos don't do them justice. And she recommended the half/ombre look, which was a great idea! I sat next to people who are regulars, and they were really nice and had great relationships with the people that work here. I typically go elsewhere for ombré stiletto nails and by chance I was recommended to Nail Tech Lynn! She is very detail oriented and puts a lot of effort into each nail. I didn't know my ombré stiletto nails could look so top tier. Everyone is lovely here and I rate my nails 10/10. My pedicure was also very good! read more

This was the WORST nail place I've ever been to. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. I told the lady I didn't like them so I wanted a removal and they kept trying to tell me it was because of the pink was too dark for the white. Very poor work. Been twice. First time got gels on my natural nail - lady laid it on too thick and they peeled off 4 days later. Their fix policy is up to 2 days later - which is complete bullshit bc everyone knows that gels should last at least 1.5 weeks with no chips or peeling and it takes more than 2 days to realize if it was a bad job or not. Then I saw one of the other techs doing acrylics and they looked very good on that girl - so I came back to do it. Did coffin style and the nail shaping was just very poorly done and when I asked nicely if he wouldn't mind revising a couple of the nails, he stopped the whole job and said he wouldn't complete it bc he didn't have the skill to make consistent coffin nail angles. So at that point he lost a client. They're cheaper than other salons but you also get a shit job along with it. Why throw your hard earned money at something that will turn out bad? I want to enjoy my nails after dropping $50 on them. Save your time and money and skip this salon. read more

This was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. I'm pretty sure the nail tech Hannah was not certified based on the horrible job she did. I wanted a soak off removal and a full set, she acted like soaking off my nails was a huge inconvenience and processed to physically hurt me about five times. Three during removal and twice during my acrylic set. She charged me $5 extra for "long" nails even though I asked for and received medium. I did not see her sanitize her drill bits and like I said out of the certificates I saw none of them had her name on it. Just based off of application, how she was mixing the acrylic and the liquid solution, and the amount of times she literally stabbed me I'm gonna guess they are just letting whoever work there uncertified. Horrible, I would give no stars if I could. read more

The wait was extremely long, I wish I would have asked what the wait time was going to be. Finally when I was helped, the lady was very nice and did a really great job on my Mani and pedi. One of the best pedis I've had in awhile. The lady who put my gel on my nails was very nice as well. Overall I enjoyed my experience there. Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time. Oh and they don't have a public bathroom. So make sure you don't drink to much there. They will offer beverages as well, or if they don't offer. I'm a first timer. This two person team is energetic and hardworking. I had a pedicure. The gentleman is excellent - shaping, foot care, massage. Yes! I chose an OPI color. And then while I was there the lady recommended a manicure. My nails did need a trim & buffing, no color there. The couple are friendly with all the customers, and seem to have developed relationships with most of the walk-ins I saw. The massage chairs are okay and I was able to really relax there. read more

Ok so 5 weeks I got a full ombré solar set; lasted 3 weeks with no issues! Then 2 weeks ago I go In For a fill and before 2 weeks was up I had lifting and broke 3 nails! So I go in on 10/26 to get another fill with a different lady and I am so disappointed with her "fix" on my nails! My index finger that she fixed is crooked and my thumb nail she fixed is already lifting on the side. She did a rush job so she could take care of a walk in pedicure that they told would be a 10 minute wait and didn't want to risk losing that $25 business. Had my nails done 5 days ago, 2 broke yesterday after having them fixed and charged again to replace them. Today I broke another nail same way, I've never had this happen to me and if so usually it's fixed at no cost. I gave them a try since I lived so close by but never will I go back. T Nails & Spa - Wells Branch Pkwy. Service was great, Tom was attentive, made sure the amount of pressure he applied was right and wow what a nice job he did on my pedicure. Special effort taken to keep everything clean. Large selection of polishes and every color one can imagine. Spa was not over crowded but all chairs were filled. Best to schedule an appointment if you don't have time to wait. Will be back in 3 to 4 weeks to enjoy this all over again. read more

I have been coming to this salon for a few months now. I have thick toenails and I asked them repeatedly to grind them down with the grinder. Either they don't understand what I'm asking for, or they just won't do it. Last month, the lady scrubbed my heels so hard with the pumice bar that my feet were sore for 3 days. I sent them an email and Tom re-did my pedi a few days later but still did not grind my toenails down like I asked for. It is not my intention to return to this shop. read more
