I was impressed every step of the process, from getting the initial quote to the completed move. To begin with, I emailed them for a quote and I was speaking to a person within 24 hours. Their quote was a lot lower than 2 guys and a truck. Next, I received a message the day prior to my move date reminding me they would arrive between 7:00 - 8:00 am. I received a text at 6:15 am the morning of my move date letting me know the movers would arrive in 45 minutes. They arrived at 7:00 am. All three men were professional and courteous. They used shrink wrap and blankets when needed. No walls, doors or items were damaged. The move had multiple stops, storage unit and another house before the final destination and all three were professional and courteous throughout. They were done 2 and 1/2 hours earlier than they quote. Yes, you read correctly, early! They were fast and no damage. The guys were great. They worked fast but careful of our things. We had a very large and heavy bedroom set, king size, which they put together as it was a platform with drawers. They knew just what to do and worked great together. We then had them put 3 televisions together and move a loveseat couch to another room and set up. we also had them put together 2 swivel chairs and start a lawn mower before they were done. We had a 14 foot trailer full of our belongings they had to unload. We would most definitely use this company again. Can't say enough good things about them. When the loaders arrived, they took total control of everything to do with the loading. They brought their truck backed it up to the moving truck we had rented. They waisted no time wrapping my antique furniture with care. They took in consideration my concerns and reassured me that they would take great care. They loaded the truck with great professional eyes that the truck held a lot more than what I had planned. They ended up taking more than I had ready and they continued, they wrapped and secured my possessions as I continued to say " ok this can go". The second stage of our move got a bit complicated with an unforseen access issue, plus we had had delays, which Jarrod was very flexible on. These guys were absolutely awesome. They arrived on time, were very clean, professional and personable, and took great care of all of our things. We had packed up about 90% of our home before we ran out of boxes, and even though we told Moving Pros we'd be all boxed up, they arrived with a few big "catch all" boxes for the remaining odds and ends. And these guys are at the top of the list of companies I have used. They came in hours under what was quoted, had no damages and properly wrapped or boxed everything.
