On the day of moving and with no warning, they did not show up and did not answer our phone calls for three hours. After three hours, they finally returned our call. They then reported that they were unable to move us. They did not offer to reschedule. They stated all their staff called out for the day due to air quality. At this time, there were local wildfires, and the air quality had been poor for at least two months. The air on the day we moved, was actually the best it had been for the last few weeks. They left us scrambling last minute on a Tuesday night, trying to find the people and equipment to move. We had to be out of the house by Thursday per our selling contract. TERRIBLE customer service, and the whole scenario felt deceptive. I find it hard to believe that everyone called out when the smoke had been thick for months. Huge disappointment for a local company we were excited to work with. We had to leave stuff behind because of their error.
