Now that my bill is paid in full the warranty is a useless guarantee. The install took a great deal longer than promised and several times the crew was supposed to come out and wouldn't show. The manager made this right by deducting some off the final balance but I can't close my gate from the inside. I am going to have to take this to small claims court apparently to get some action. Concerned I will void any "warranty" by installing new hardware or handles to be able to even close the front gate so I am basically stuck. Very unhappy.
