Hired to weed, place weed barrier and widen rock pathway. At first look fantastic. Then started…read morenoticing weeds with in the first couple of months growing. By six weeks it looked terrible. For the $700 they charged, I would expect the weeds not to grow so fast. I should note, just before they left, they rinsed off the rocks after they were place. This create an area for the weeds to grow. I called at least three times and they said they would be out next week to 'take care of it'. They never showed nor called to set up a time. The fourth time there was no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There has to better ones out there that will stand by their work.

They told me they were booked until the following Monday. That Wensday they called and informed me one of their jobs was bid for three days but was finished in 1.5 days and said they could do the job Thursday if I was ok with it. I agreed. Thursday a three man crew showed upto do the job, nine hours they were cleaned up and demobilized. They cleaned my yard of previous fallen leaves that was not included in the bid. I called Artistic Treeworks and, in the midst of this pandemic, Howard (certified arborist) called me and said he was just five or 10 minutes away. He showed up and within a couple minutes gave me a diagnosis of likely herbicide poisoning and recommended flood watering every 4 to5 days. I asked him a few more questions for which he had immediate answers, and, as he was leaving, I said "send me a bill." He declined and said if they do any work they will bill me then. They cleaned up after themselves. A few days later a man came to grind up the stumps. He was amiable and careful of our sprinklers and plantings. We wish we would have been better prepared for him to grind more of the spreading roots.
