Real Roofing recently did a complete tear off and replacement of my asphalt shingle roof. The…read morequality of the work they provided went far beyond my expectations. The crew of four paid extreme attention to detail and efficiently finished the job in a matter of a few days. They cleaned up the site on a daily basis and left my place in very good shape. Finally, they provided this great service at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend the folks at Real Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

I've used a few roofers in Walla Walla over the years or requested bids for work. I've pretty much…read moredecided I won't use any other roofer but Real Roofing going forward. No matter how small the job, they quickly respond with a bid and will let you know if they can't get to your job right away. When it comes time to do the work, they start on time and finish the job. If there are any issues, they listen to feedback and address the issues timely. RR replaced my entire roof last spring and when the rain started coming down this fall, we pointed out gaps in the gutter placement that would become real issues come winter. The came over immediately and installed a small length of gutter to address the issue. A day later when we showed them there was still some dripping down the facia, they came over the same day and installed a bit of flashing to fix the problem. To sum up, RR is the most customer centric, cost competitive, and quality conscious contractor I've worked with in WALLA WALLA to date.

I asked when they could fix my leaky roof, and they said when I am ready. They sent a crew over the next day. Very responsive, not overpriced, and they stand by their work. A little more back story: I originally called another company. They did not show up to do the repair. Called them again, and they still did not show up to the repair. I actually called a third time, and they never showed up. Meanwhile, for 6 weeks I have water coming through my ceiling! Do yourself a favor, and call Palmer Roofing.

A few years ago, I had Palmers do a 50-year roof on my home. Great material, good bid, but some…read moreinstallation issues - the jibber-jabber crew paid more attention to the mariachi noise coming out of their boom box than the quality of their work. The ridge vent, which was not needed, was cut free-hand rather than striking a line to follow, consequently the opening was cut too wide in places, which meant the staples on some of the capping pieces didn't have anything but air to go into and so some didn't form to the roofline. On the bright side, when I called Palmers about this, it was immediately addressed with adhesive between the caps, but this shouldn't have been necessary, and the staples are still in nothing but air. Also, the crew removed some facia pieces and didn't replace them - I did. So, from my experience, I would say that Palmers is a good contractor but should train their crews better - just because something is out of sight doesn't mean it's not important to do a good and correct job.
