I just wrote an unsolicited letter of gratitude to this company. So, there's no kickback here--just genuine appreciation for a job well done. I will say that they are not the least expensive, but I think they are the best when it comes to attention to detail and a job done right. I expect excellence. There are some who prefer other adjectives to describe me: persnickety, fussy, and even nitpicking. That's alright; I can live with the labels, because, frankly, they pretty much sums me up. So, when I'm looking for a contractor to work on or in my home, I want someone who is particular as I--someone who says, "We will do whatever it takes to do the job right." I have to say that every member of your team has that mentality. Your craftsmen have just finished painting the interior of our home. It was a big job, not least of which included 20-foot-high ceilings and a half dozen color tones and respective finishes. Despite the demands, this is what I noticed about your crew: * Character: I list this first, because it is of greatest importance to me. Character can be measured in a number of ways; this is how I saw it demonstrated: A gentleness of spirit; a focused work ethic, a friendly and natural attitude, a respect for the customer's needs and concerns, and an honesty and integrity that made us feel comfortable in leaving our home for the greater part of the day, one day after the other, all the while knowing that the house was in good, trustworthy hands. * Competence. As important as is character, it is of no value if the crew is incompetent. Happily, 4 Seasons Color is rigorous in their allegiance to job competency. The crew arrived on time and left on time, but only after making certain that all tools and supplies were neatly stored. Their attention to detail was precise enough to impress even me. Paint lines were straight and truth--no sloppy edges on this job! After a week of painting, I asked my wife if she would be happy to have her home back. Her response was telling. "Oh, sure. From the first call to the front office, to the estimation process, and through the thank you gift at the end of the project, 4 Seasons Color is a joy to work with. Over the last three years they have painted the inside of our house, the outside of our house, and our cabin in Kooskooskie. The estimation process is thorough, and their prices are reasonable. And there have never been any cost surprises at the end of the job. It is worth hiring these guys because they don't cut corners, and take great care of your house. Very professional and personable company and employees! They were top notch from start to finish paying great attention to detail. The exterior of our house looks brand new again. Highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again! We did have an issue when trying to return a can of paint to Sherwin Williams that was an error on the store mixing a sample color when we were choosing colors. The color black ink was mixed as dark blue so we couldn't have the painters use it. We missed the 30 day return policy by 4 days. read more

Each person in this company was a pleasure to work with, and the job was completed to our total satisfaction. Moses, the project lead, was very thorough. We had several structural issues to address and the carpenters did an excellent job. Everyone worked very hard to beat the weather in late Oct.! Painters were out there in the cold.
