No matter how small the job, they quickly respond with a bid and will let you know if they can't get to your job right away. When it comes time to do the work, they start on time and finish the job. If there are any issues, they listen to feedback and address the issues timely. RR replaced my entire roof last spring and when the rain started coming down this fall, we pointed out gaps in the gutter placement that would become real issues come winter. The came over immediately and installed a small length of gutter to address the issue. A day later when we showed them there was still some dripping down the facia, they came over the same day and installed a bit of flashing to fix the problem. To sum up, RR is the most customer centric, cost competitive, and quality conscious contractor I've worked with in WALLA WALLA to date.
